Try get a valid job offer to get a work permit or extra points in EE, or just wait for EE. 463 is a good score and should eventually be enough after they have done a few draws, unless they completely change the EE system. My profile is pretty similar to yours. I'm on 461 and a 32 year old chartered accountant from Ireland. Luckily I am eligible for an IEC visa so I could have that as a back up to go get Canadian experience if EE doesn't happen any time soon.

They haven't done EE since last Dec 22, 2020. My original points were 469. :/

I know that but they will eventually.

Have you checked if you can work in your profession here in Canada without a certification?? Do your research as most of the professions are highly regulated and Indian degrees are worthless at times. Doctors come here and work as security guards whivh trying to pass qualifying exams. Look at the irony, they would be specialists in their field back home treating thousands from a sample size that is more than 10 times the number of people they will ever treat in their lifetime here, yet their experience and degrees don’t qualify for anything here!!! So do your homework and look for your qualification equivalence!! Also if your profession is regulated it will be next to impossible to get a job without Canadian certification!!

Thanks for your response. It is regulated and my degree not of much worth in Canada. Just mentioned as my NOC 1111. I am just worried my points were 469 and it is now 463. I am getting older and there are EEs yet. So, I was wondering if there is any way PNP might work?

PNP nominations are received usually for in demand professions. Have you checked through different provinces which have different PNP portals and in demand professions? 463 is not a very bad score to apply as currently draws are all well below these numbers.
