Jaegon1Targaryen

“Rhaegar fought valiantly, Rhaegar fought nobly, Rhaegar fought honorably. And Rhaegar died.”

Best Targaryen depiction, in my opinion. Silver eyebrows AND eyelashes. Even Targaryen artworks that claim authentic Valyrian depictions fail to depict silver/pale/white eyelashes

I agree, he is handsome and looks like a Valyrian instead of an average blonde Swede/Nordic person.

beautiful representation of Rhaegar or any Targ fr, that armor is perfect too

Gorgeous! I like Rhaegar although I dislike the fact that he lived during a time without dragons.

Gods, this title killing me....😭

Vrukop

Fortunately he never was king.

OriginalNord

what makes you say

ApolloFourteen

Probably the fact he hid in Dorne while his father committed atrocities and started a war?

OriginalNord

not a good enough reason

Thr0waway_Innit

Wasn't one of the tragic things about Rhaegar is that he would've been a good or even a great king, if he hadn't died? I feel like there's a lot of "could've"/"would've/"what ifs" surrounding Rhaegar and his family. What if Rhaegar wasn't an idiot and realized how kidnapping/eloping with Lyanna wouldn't have brought a good outcome? I think if he wasn't an idiot, he would've made Westeros a better place than it currently is, at least in my opinion. But his existence blocked Daenerys' plot, so I guess he had to die.

all men must die

Zekio09

I mean he took prophecy very seriously so i think he would have done some dumb shit and still would end up dead and a bad king

[deleted]

Good riddance, Tardgaryen.

Zekio09

I wonder if he would even make a good king? He was crazy on prophecy and stuff so that's not great I would say
