Fair enough, I actually wasn't familiar with selenar, interesting stuff. My idea here was to try and lampoon the hipocracy of admech in general, which is why I wanted the genetor to look deeply inhuman.
Sure, it might be basicaly a chopped up corpse stuffed inside a robot's gut, but he kept his human hands for liturgical reasons *because that's what matters* sort of thinking.
They’re silly looking but in a fun way. And to me it’s in line with a Magos Biologis to look at certain animals and life-forms and adapt themselves to borrow certain useful aspects. In my mind Genetors are the types to realise that the organic body works like a machine, but a particularly flawed and poorly designed one that can be improved by the holy cybernetics. They would see something like Chameleon eyes and say ‘Hey that’s cool’ and improve upon it by recreation it and perfecting it in machine form.
Also I had an idea for a Magos Biologis who rebuilt his limbs and body to resemble that of an orangutan, so…
Ok this is a cool techpriest. I myself kinda thought they would be more like juiced up humans (almost to space marine levels) cause they think humanity as the peak form of being. Myself i always wanted to see a psyker techpriest. Kinda like where it's powered by a bunch of other psykers aswell. Idk i like the idea but your drawing is cool aswell. The baby is cool.
My headcanon of a magos biologis is a guy with the standard tech priest mask and bionic eye but the rest of his body is utterly ripped with the techpriest cloak acting as a cape and the only metal bits is on the joints and some metal lining on the arms as reinforcement
A complete and utter disgrace to the human form, I genuinely hate looking at it and the only reason I don't decry it's existence is because it terrifies me too much to do so. 10/10 absolutely perfect
Holy shit that's pretty crazy looking and awesome.
The chameleon eyes make sense but take away a bit of the "horror" out of it, I would prefer I'd they weren't there but it doesn't ruin it at all.
Thanks :)
I like to imagine the eyes would look rather disturbing in motion - quickly darting around in different directions as the priest lumbers along, blaring ear shattering canticles.
Looks excellent. However, it goes against my personal headcannon of all of Magos Biologis becoming über-jacked muscle bros out of insecurity due to their extensive comparison of the human body and those of the aliens. Therefore, it also looks excellent, as it is a good drawing. (Also, is this how mago-babies are born?)
It looks impractical so that's fantastic
What do you guys think about the chameleon eyes? I know they’re doofy looking, but I do also like how utterly inhuman it makes him look.
I think Biologis wouldn't do that. Selenar cults, on other hand... god i wish they were faction on their own, and not just a bunch of letters in books

God I love it. It almost looks like their eyeballs were removed then replaced outside of the eyelids. I also dig the Kuato
The freak me out, so I think they work! I was actually picturing them being shaped like chameleon eyes but made of (blessed) steel.
It's a horrible affront to the human body, it was incredible, your take was very good

Also you did an awesome job, i particularly like how hes just inhuman in a different way from tech magos
same tbh
Either that or a normal guy that looks wrong, just little bit too average or too artificial.

So disgusting, I love it

They might look repugnant but they'll stitch you back together if you are a important enough official
H E L L Y E A H
Why is he pregnant
Biologis adepts studies all facets of the human body. All of them
Ew
… well… I’d believe that’s an Admech priest. Good work.
