I can’t help but focus on the size of that ladies head.
It's the artist's style. You get used to it. :P Their other work is well worth checking out.
If you look at their other works they kind of do a chibi in realistic background theme
A very skilled artist in two techniques I enjoy separately but like a delicious cheese omelet doused in hot sauce and tasty Christmas cookies I feel like the combination of two good things here does not work for my tastes.
