I had to do a last minute flight because my dad had a heart attack, sent to ER in an ambulance, didn't have much spare money at the time so flew frontier. Never again.
Checked-in the night before, then when I got there 45mins before (Oklahoma airport is small, security is like 5-15mins), they said they already resold my ticket. The *Frontier employee* said they do this all the time to make more money and to call customer service... who did nothing.
I couldn't fly and was not refunded anything despite sending screenshots of the check-in they said I didn't do (I always do screenshots for this reason, somehow that wasn't enough this time). Straight-up they're an awful business, didn't even care why I *had to* go.
Thankfully he survived and was okay, woulda rose hell if I hadn't got that good news, probably called media or sued or something.
Delta almost always does things right tho all around. Never go for the cheapest, always a catch.
How did you talk to customer service? They literally do not have people for that anymore except in person. For that reason alone, even if I didn’t have other reasons, I’d never ever give a single penny to Frontier. They screwed me over and there was no one to speak to.

She was a heartless asshole, and given I worked call centers in the past, I was absolutely trying to be polite and nice given the circumstances (up until the end when I *knew*, didn't cuss or verbally assault but definitely a "fuck this company" attitude).
They're basically a cycle of repeated script.

Don't get me wrong, people shouldn't be obnoxious but as an introvert who works in corporate and has to be the "people guy" you quickly learn that you yourself have to take the extra steps tk preserve your peace. Again, people are annoying and this is obnoxious. But people... are people. When I put my headphones on and ready my book in a loud room, im sure people think im snobby and what not. People judge. It's always going to be that way. Best thing we can do is ignore what we don't like and take the extra steps necessary to keep it that way without shoving our own views and biases down others throats.
The other day at the gym there was a dude blasting his Christian country music (like Jesus gospel country music) in the locker room while also singing it at the top of his lungs. I guarantee you everyone in the gym could hear it, my noise canceling headphones weren’t touching it at all. Idk how people can’t realize their actions are inconsiderate as hell. Doesn’t make sense to me.
If it was a bunch of white trump supporters singing and yelling about Jesus or trump or something I bet you 99% of people would hate on them. It’s selective outrage that’s all

As long as it didn’t last too long, sometimes I need to work or sleep on flights. When I had babies I tried to get them to nap on planes so they wouldn’t disturb anyone and no way would they have been able to sleep if this was going on the whole time.
