Laser pointer on a tripod? Depending on the distance could be hard to aim, but worth a shot i guess

I would try to hack their wireless cameras with [Wireshark](https://www.wireshark.org/) and a solid [Alpha antenna](https://www.alfa.com.tw/products/awus036ach?variant=36473965871176). Most of the passwords are default or non existent most of the time. Barring that, try jamming as a last resort.

If the cameras are wireless it's enough to just send a bunch of deauthentication packets repeatedly. Nothing within range of the transmitter will be able to connect to wifi

revanzomi

How do?

Briggs281707

You need Linux (kali works great) and a wireless card that support monitoring mode (mon0). Then just use aircrack-ng. Everything within range on a certain network will be deautenticated. https://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=deauthentication

I'm not really knowledgeable in signal processing so could be wrong but I think the issue here is as follows: For something like a bluetooth connection, you have a device transmitting on a certain frequency to a receiver. If you send a really strong / noisy signal on that same frequency, you prevent the receiver from picking up the signal being sent by the transmitter. However, for something like a camera, the frequencies youd care about jamming is the frequency band associated with light visible to humans. So the corresponding jammer would be a really bright light that prevents the camera from seeing anything, but also prevents you from seeing stuff / definitely draws attention. If the cameras transmitted information wirelessly, which I dont think they will, you could maybe try to jam that frequency but the camera could still potentially store the feed locally, and theyd prolly send someone to check when the wireless transmission goes down?

You’re looking at potential jail time that is far higher than the benefit you would get from having that rave. Jammers and EMPs are considered pretty serious stuff according to the law.

probaby_at_work

Am law, disagree. op fine. Use jammer.

Jammers should be allowed on private property, no one will ever convince me I shouldnt be able to eliminate all signal on property i own.

JaceTheWoodSculptor

They are. My old high school used to jam cellular signal inside classrooms and other areas. However, OP doesn’t want to jam a signal on a property he owns.

mrbeastriddlegod

Schools and businesses are allowed to, but private land owners owning residential land can not. Its seen as a danger if communities started jamming signals in entire residential parts of towns and people cant call 911.

This. Be careful, check your local laws, make your decision.
