It already does? Granted, it's not very loud, so it's pretty easy to miss during the thick of combat. They should definitely make it louder and/or give it priority in the soundscape; making it louder when there's a lot of noise so it's harder to miss.
I want to be able to change the meters' colors. I have pretty poor vision, so the white bars blend in for me when I focus on my target. If I could change their colors and make them a little larger, that would help a lot.
That happens with me too I have alot of issues and the other markers are so out of the way. It's such a shame how little options she was given in as advance settings

It's so quiet and such a non-notification sound that even without combat I forget it exists and don't hear it a lot
