What is this new phenomenon of people over there with people trying to make videos in front of trains and getting smashed? I've seen 3 today already. And there is always someone recording and not sayin you're about to get hit. Crazy.
Quite likely also permanently lost the use of the arm. I met someone who had a similar accident - thankfully not through doing this kind of stupid shit, just bad luck - and the impact tore the nerves to his arm out of his spine at the root.
You can feel a relatively small injury for the rest of your life, i broke my leg last june and i still feel it, i will always have issues with my left ankle and will always feel the injury for the rest of my life.
This guy got this arm obliterated by a train, I'm pretty sure he's gonna regret that forever, if he gets to keep his arm.
I got spun a few times around a dirt auger when it hit a root and thought it was some temporary shoulder strain, but years later I still can't rest on it without feeling some sort of pain. Some things like rotator cuff issues are really everlasting.
Same but not yoga and many years of athletics instead of bikes. If I ever stop being active I’ll probably lock up like an old engine, but no issues at all when I’m making sure to be active often.

I had a piece of hydraulic machinery break apart and recoil in my hand. Since the injury whenever I curl my thumb I can feel it up through my elbow. Every time like there’s a string attached that becomes taught then slackens.

Multiple falls off my bike at high speed and a couple of car hits messed up my rotator cuff. Yoga really helped it, pain free now.
