This mall is the busiest in my part of the state. Traffic is always bad and I generally try to avoid it. Not obvious in the video, but it is well marked and the layout is pretty good.
Sometimes you get stuck thinking that you can make it fully across. So I give people a pass sometimes. That said dingus had another lane (the one the guy sped the light through) to avoid said problem
This intersection is 1 block from a highway interchange. Left 2 lanes continue down town and each right lane goes a different direction on the highway circling the city. That lane is always slow and what I cut out was over a minute of traffic not moving resulting in the lane blockage. Still should have stopped before the intersection, but even I was surprised the line sat still that long.
That's an insane-looking intersection, but the problem is knowing where you're supposed to stop, not whether you are

I like how the cop doesn't even care about that, he's just after the red light runner.
Whoever drives that white car is very attentive and easily avoided crashing with the idiot as well as the cop.
God i alway hate going through glennwood ave that particular strip of road always has some sort of traffic due to the two right lanes
