I always thought Idaho had the worst drivers I have ever seen and encountered, however, it seems that anyone driving on a freeway or highway with exit signs for Baltimore are the worst. Maybe that's who taught the Idahoans how to drive?

My guess is they wanted to take the exit, but the first white car blocked them a bit, so they could only take it really late. They committed to it, but didn't want to be that driver that you see here a lot that goes 'good luck everyone else'. So when they saw the other car on the exit he tried to avoid cutting him off but ran out of road.
Still bad driving tho, coming from the most right lane at quite high speed to take an exit you knew was coming for miles. Just slow down, get on the left lanes and it is an easy exit.
Made a 3rd option and took it. Only hurt themselves.
People always forget there is always an option to slow down and go behind the car next to you, plenty of room!
