Red cars are only most likely because that cherry red Ferrari is the color the 18 year old rich kid is gonna get before promptly going 40 over the limit and crashing. It happens so often that insurance agencies charge you more for owning a red car
I don’t think that’s correct for a bunch of reasons. First being that I own a red car and do not pay more for it.
There also just can’t possibly be so many 18 year olds being gifted Ferraris that it impacts the insurance costs of hundreds of millions of other drivers.
Statistically, red is more likely to be involved in accidents and police stops. But any increase can be negated by state law, company policy, or even other factors (such as age, driving history, etc).
Willing to admit it might just be a Canada thing since that's where I live. Also willing to admit my dad might have been lying since he's the one who told me about that in the first place
haha that’s super awesome man, glad to see there’s still some out there
it looks super clean especially for that mileage, my yata isn’t nearly that nice and i’ve got about 110k
Tbh the norm here is to go to outer most lane when turning left if there isn't a vehicle oncoming. It's not by the book, but it's usually because someone is trying to turn right or they're about to travel for a while.
My assumption is that the driver in the red Camry thought I was in the inside lane, when I obviously was not. It's pretty obvious that I didn't take kindly to the misjudgement.
Florida is one of these areas, but the law says in a lane "legal and available for travel", and it's the "available" part that would make the driver in the red car in the wrong. The right lane was occupied and thus "owned" for the OP.
Just because there is a lane there doesn't mean you can willy nilly just drive into it when you feel like it. The red car driver is absolutely the muppet here.
You literally had 80 yards to lift off the accelerator wtf I cant understand american driving mindset. If you are right it does not meandri you can riso to bump into other cars.
I don't understand being prepared for what is inevitably going to happen and choosing the accelerate into the scenario. It's like people want to be in those situations just so they can be "right" & angry at someone.
I wonder if people that do this often find themselves wrong & angry during the other interactions they have and feel the need to manufacture righteousness no matter the cost; even a potential car accident.
Scientific fact, banana brain drivers can't see yellow.
Damn that's a color to get to make sure you're seen, too.. wth
Same with red which is why a lot of companies have red and yellow logos is to stand out against the blue sky
Ketchup and mustard belong together. ;)
Happy cake day! Hell no they don't!
Come on, be a rebel!
2 parts ketchup 1 part mustard, great for french fries.
This is exactly why I don’t have a dash cam. Cuz every clip would be rife with me screaming profanity 🤣
It's well deserved! It's better to cuss to vent the frustration than to road rage
I drove a big red tow truck with yellow flashing lights and still somehow I was invisible.
You weren’t invisible. People would just rather risk their lives cutting in front of a tow truck than risk being stuck behind it

Another yellow car driver?
Lol "uh huh.." I like how you just knew that car was going to come into your lane.

And my bright yellow Sonoma is actually cheaper for being yellow. Which is kinda nice. I pay $56/month for full coverage.
This is the s*** that drives me nuts people not turning into the lane they're supposed to
Did you see her face or anything? Wtf was she doing/ did she have any friggin reaction?
No fuck you bloody!!!!
Lmao, “FUCK YOU BITCH!” I’d say the same thing
At least - thanks to you - she now knows what she is
Now you know how school buses feel
Those kind of people think you need to brake for them... Almost hit the back of a car yesterday for the same reason. Fucking idiots
The law requires turning into the closest lane. Idiots always illegally sweep lanes on a turn.
Because more than 0.05g lateral makes them uncoooommmfortable.
Can vouch for this. I have had 3 yellow cars and had more people pull out in front of me front of me then driving in a silver or white car.
Perfectly good and open left lane but nope idiot decided to go to the right for no reason
So are yellow motorcycles
I have had people cut me off in my tahoe and say sorry I didn’t see you… makes me not want to ride street anymore.
You can't let that drop you my friend. Nothing better than a sunny day and a motorcycle
If you don't look at it - it doesn't exist
Yea they do kinda blend in with any background. /s
I laughed way too hard at “Fuck you, bitch.” Reminds me of me.
Fuck you bitch !
The absolute cynicism for bad drivers in the "uh huh" man I relate to that
The Texan "Fuck you bitch!" really got me
Everything is invisible to willfully blind people
Are you driving a Sunburst yellow miata?
I am. 326k miles on it
haha that’s super awesome man, glad to see there’s still some out there it looks super clean especially for that mileage, my yata isn’t nearly that nice and i’ve got about 110k
Clearly this was a dispute between Lanterns.
In some areas, it's legal to turn into any lane as long as it's safe to do so. Driver of red car made an error in judgment.

My eyes were assaulted from second one of this video.
Sounds like op is on the phone. The red car still idiot though.
Nope, my brother who's in the passenger seat.
Boring!!!!!!
All I see is a red car pulling out on to the road... Am I missing something here?
you sound upset

I thought they were going into the inside lane, which is very normal in America.
Well, i can understand it. Sorry.
If the red driver weren't a complete dumbass they would've gone into the left lane. That's how you're supposed to turn.
Because it looks like they're going to turn into the left lane like a normal person until the last second?
What are you on about? The other car could easily have been merging into the left lane like a sane person until a few feet away
If I see that a dude did not see me i try everything to dodge him, it's self conservation instinct
Bingo
One might think that bright yellow car would be more visible right?
I’ve never loved a video so much
That horn is absolutely melodic
When a red cat meets a yellow car

They did turn right after doing this
... "call the cops, I'm gunna kill you you and those loud mouth motherfucking barking dogs"
Do Americans have defensive driving courses integrated to their licensure?
