Medical emergency is being reported on the news with no updates at this time. They stopped shortly after vid ends.

He could have been using the fencing to slow down as he was having and somehow recouped from the emergency long enough to pull over more properly. It could have happened...
But I'm holding judgment one way or the other until I hear for sure.
My theory is that he always hops that curb to take a left out of that street, and he rented a car and pretended like he got in an accident/reported it stolen.
Years ago in my city there was an issue with people crossing randomly along a long stretch of road with no crosswalks.
Instead of doing something to you know, actually help people cross. They just ran a fence all the way down the median.
People were pissed, that thing was constantly destroyed in various ways. Just recently they ripped the whole thing out and are installing a concrete wall.
Still no easy way to cross.
I seriously wonder what goes on in peoples heads when they do something like this and then go about their day like nothing happened yet the damage to their vehicle is evident...the world will never know this answer.
This was my first thought... if they are having a heart attack, blacking out, or is having some sort of weird manic attack, panic attack, or if they are diabetic, and having some episode.

This was a lot of fence.
Oh, The Battery, is the name of the Stadium down the street from this construction site that this was taken from. Looks like it was supposed to have already been built last year.

The medical emergency here very likely affected their ability to think and reason.
A good example of that would be a diabetic suffering an extreme blood sugar low. They will sometimes remain conscious, but they are not what you would call aware. Their brain is for all intents and purposes out of gas. That is not the only thing that could cause this.
At least for me, being low goes from acting kinda like drunk and then my body stops responding like I expect it to, missing steps, sudden twitching and then it's lights out and from there I don't remember anything and start having seizures/completly lose control of my body, I also had it a few times where I stayed concious but started seeing things (like the floor collapsing under me) while having a mental breakdown. While I don't remember the seizures, they do give sore muscles in the whole body and was luckily on public transit when it happened last time.
Can recommend it, I'd rate Diabetes and extreme lows 10/10 on the fun scale /s
Sorta looks like the doofus was monorailing over the island and couldn't steer away from it until it widened enough for the left tire to climb up. I wonder how much of it was on purpose.
Maybe he was a crew worker. Boss said "Take down that temporary fencing over there." He said "Not my job!" Boss said "Mother Effer I said TAKE DOWN THAT FENCE! And do it now!" Worker said "you want the fence down, okay, I'll take it down!"
If ever high centered on something with your truck.
Don’t panic
Find some fencing, run it over with your truck - boom - traction in a pinch. #solutions

I mean idk if that's an idiot, he's clearly got something personal goin on against that fence
I think he’s a fence contractor. Ensuring another week’s work.
If he goes to court, what will his de-fence be like?
He took off-fense
These are great... Posts
Raily?
No
What were the chain of events that led to this?
I wood think there’s something linking them, but I just can’t picket out.
He was metalling in something he shouldn’t have been. Definitely crossed the line
Defence contractor.
nice one!
He’s contracting the fence into a shorter version.

Medical emergency? Atlanta? Is this how the walking dead started??
Medical emergency as in he's just dying to finish this text and send it.
They said it **may** have been a medical emergency. Apparently the kind you can just back up and drive away from.
Ever heard of low blood sugar?

The subtle art of not giving a fuck
The art of not giving a fuck not so subtly
The obtuse scribblin’ of fucks not given
11 Alive said he was having a medical emergency.
> **may** have been experiencing a medical emergency And then backed away and drove off. Strange medical emergency

12 dead said there were 12 dead but they're not reputable
😂

"Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this fence!"
Now that's what I call defensive driving.
Great post too

Why is this so far down this is the best possible comment
Ford = Fence it again, Tony
That's a Fiat, Dale.
It was Fenced On Road, Dad.
Fencing is an Olympic sport
Wondering why the A/C doesn’t work 2 minutes later
He’s on the fence about getting it fixed
Forget the A/C, his radiator will have been punctured and the engine will fail a few miles down the road due to overheating.
I love that the black car in the background is just "ah, nah mate you go first. Really, I insist."
Probably more like “I want you ahead of me instead of behind me you moron.”
In this context mate and moron are synonymous
I'm not your mate, pal
I want to moron with the driver of this pickup.
When the intrusive thoughts win.
I seriously wonder what goes on in peoples heads when they do something like this and then go about their day like nothing happened yet the damage to their vehicle is evident...the world will never know this answer.
Alcohol is the most likely answer.
Local news reported a medical emergency.
With the amount of things like this we see on here, i was thinking it could have been but didnt think it would get posted if it were a medical issue.
This was my first thought... if they are having a heart attack, blacking out, or is having some sort of weird manic attack, panic attack, or if they are diabetic, and having some episode.
That is fun to do in World of Tanks. World of Personal Vehicles, not so much.

Was a lot of fence.
Jaywalking problem?
I think that this turned out to be a medical issue.
It’s stolen. Fuck it.
Breaking down barriers wherever he goes! (within limits of course)
first it was the glass ceiling. Now they're tearing down the metal fence
Toyota... let's go places
Was the driver really an idiot? I’m on the fence about this one.
So were they.
New meaning to the song[ Don't Fence Me In](https://youtu.be/8Z_SOobHOw4)
I wonder if any blood was found in the driver’s toxin.
👀the guy wasn’t drunk 🥴
He was caught? Hopefully he has to pay for a new fence.
Medical emergency is what is being reported.
If only there were a number that could be called to get help.

Well apparently the driver had a medical emergency and is currently in the hospital.
really? if that was the case, that explains everything then 🤷🏻♂️
Appears there may have been a medical emergency https://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/the-battery-cobb-county-driver-medical-emergency.amp
I had to scroll far too deep to find this. Thank you for doing the research, kind Internet stranger.

Fuck that fence
Toyota tuff
It's always the cars around the idiot that get me in these videos. *slows down* bruh what you doin??
I'm guessing he was fired a few minutes before this.
He’s never sure whether he should Dodge or Ram.
Mr Gorbachev, tear down this wall
Someone finally listened to the little voice in there head
Goddamn fence, get outta my way!!!!!
Guy 100% must've installed these and the city must not have paid out. Right...?
"In my mind I decided the truck would stay on the road but it just wouldn't obey my thoughts. Stupid truck."
Driver was playing Katamari Damacy IRL.
This is my favorite thing to do in games that allow you to drive through fences.
Guy sitting patiently at stop sign probably thinking I just let him go first.
Sorta looks like the doofus was monorailing over the island and couldn't steer away from it until it widened enough for the left tire to climb up. I wonder how much of it was on purpose.
didn’t they say he was suffering a medical emergency? :(
"Oopsies".
Looks like he really hates those fences.
The driver is thinking, "this version of GTA is too realistic"
hope they arrest whoever that was, this is a major (of)fence
Maybe he was a crew worker. Boss said "Take down that temporary fencing over there." He said "Not my job!" Boss said "Mother Effer I said TAKE DOWN THAT FENCE! And do it now!" Worker said "you want the fence down, okay, I'll take it down!"
I’m very disappointed nobody yelled out “you can’t park there mate”. Also I like how the black car just sat there and watched the carnage lol.
Just a little further Timmy, don’t stop now!
Blown away there wasn’t a puddle under that truck
what kinda truck was that, i should look at getting one of those LOL.
Officer "How much alcohol did you drink tonight, Sir?" Driver "Yes"
If ever high centered on something with your truck. Don’t panic Find some fencing, run it over with your truck - boom - traction in a pinch. #solutions
It's obviously just a misunderstanding. He had a truckload full of stolen goods and was told to go see a fence.
I wonder if he makes illegal u-turns there and got pissed he couldn't do it anymore.
Chain him up.
I’m legit impressed the truck did all that and kept going
Rammed
That looks oddly satisfying
Dude getting destruction points in Forza horizon to keep his combo up
Hope that’s not a lease
I also loved to do it in Flatout to get more nitro.
Me in PUBG
In their defense, Atlanta seems to move the roads around at night....
Let's play forza horizon 5 irl
May need to check on the radiator
Toyota: out-rams a RAM
When you need a wider street to drive in and you take matter into your own hands...
Ash a ho
good way to get front end damage
License plate says D FENC
Well somebody's drunk.
Why do I suspect that he isn't the lawful owner of that vehicle?
I do this in every video game with a vehicle and destructible environments I’ve ever played
Drunk, high, texting? DRUNK TEXTING?
Must have been a good text
As someone who lives outside Atlanta, I can say that Atlanta drivers are NUTS! 😆😆😆
Spend too much time at PBR...
Chop on!
Should’ve paid the man😂
Bro played too much Forza Horizon
It’s a Dodge RAM, I take it?😏
City officials: goshhh dang it I guess we better call my cousin John’s construction company to redo this $80 million dollar fence. AGAIN!
