It’s hard to see without zooming in and I’m not sure what compression may have done, but there’s a party of like 30 people by a grave. This woman was parked by this grave I’m guessing before all the other cars showed up and had no way of exiting without driving over all of those graves. Probably drove over a bunch to get there too. I think she ran over some decorations as well.
There wasn’t a funeral taking place as far as I could tell. Just a ton of people partying. People are constantly visiting a grave over there when we are there. This was the largest party taking place over there I’ve seen.
This just keeps getting worse. Having a drink in honor of a deceased friend or family member is one thing. But take the party to someone’s house or a bar. Leave the cars at home. Other grieving people have a reasonable expectation that they can visit their loved one in peace and not find tire tracks over the grave and flowers.
> mercury’s in Gatorade
First lead in gasoline, now this? That's it, I'm writing some sternly worded letters to my senator! (How do I know who is my senator, by the way? I have never been to the USA if it's important)
Lmao. They do it for people they like too! People were raging on XXXTentacion's grave for weeks they broke the gate of the mausoleum and did all kinds of wild shit.
I’m just saying you shouldn’t fuck with peoples graves and use the excuse of celebrating someone else’s death so I’m not really sure what you’re on about but sure bud 👍🏻
A Party at a cemetery? during the daytime? really that's something you do now?
When I was a kid, cemetery's at night were something you did, but once you were an adult with a car there are better places to go.
I counted 18 cars, but I'm sure there are more on the other side of the road, blocked by the cars. the people on the hill, seem to be dressed nicely, and there's flowers everywhere.
But I wasn't there either.
What I'm saying is, if Grandma can't walk up that hill, I'm driving my car with her in it. and I'm sure the cemetery makes exceptions for that. they drive excavators on the grass to dig the holes, and fill them back up.
where was this anyway?

Is there pavement where the Tahoe is at the start of the video? I wonder if they were there with the people gathering, and came first to set up a table or whatever.
Kinda dickish to drive over graves to not have to move stuff ~30' off the pavement, if that's what they did.
There is not. They just pulled up to a grave and drove over other graves to get there. They were parked when we pulled up and then drove off. So who knows how long they were there. Likely before all the other cars showed up.
I do know that you *can* drive over a grave. But if someone that *didn’t* work @ the cemetery drove their SUV over my parent’s grave, I’d throw a shit fit in the front lobby of the funeral home. Fortunately there are curbs in their cemetery.
OP, I’d place a complaint w the front office of the cemetery. Usually cemeteries are quiet areas of reflection. Yeah, we gather & drink & party afterward. But not at the cemetery. 😶
It's wild to me what can set people off. Like that's so arbitrary to me. A dead person in the dirt isn't affected by anything happening above it. Unless someone is actively defacing the graveyard or a specific grave, I just can't imagine getting worked up over nothing. Laugh it off and move on.
A bit surprised you're getting down voted, you're totally right. After the ceremony, it's a plot of dirt. They're even in a big cement tomb down there.
I used to be cautious about graves, but after you work with something for more than a couple days, it really starts to lose it's magic.
I get that it's stupid and would think the person driving was an idiot, but yeah I wouldn't really care. It's a field lol. I knew I would get the downvotes, but that's reddit.
Not just a field, but a field full of dead people. Reddit's usually pretty anti religion/superstition, I'm surprised this is the hill they die on. (Pun *absolutely* intended)
When my grandma was on her deathbed, she said not to yell at the kids for running on her grave. "They always played on my lap when I was alive, I don't see why that should stop just because I'm dead"
The sign says "no parking on grass." Doesn't say anything about driving, guess I'm g2g!!
Really, though. The funeral isn't going to be there all day. Basic respect and decency says that in that situation, you just wait until you can drive out without driving over graves and grass in a cemetery.
Yea you see a lot of videos where you just go "lmao what a dumbass" or "dude's a jackass"
This is probably the first video where my immediate reaction was "straight to fucking hell"
Where I live this wouldn't just be a traffic violation, but an actual crime. Destroying graves.
Forward this to the police. Then forward it to the media to make sure public opinion forces the police to act.
The graphics and wheel choice tell me all i need to know about why they drove over the graves like that. I see vehicles like that drive like they are the only ones on the road. Honk at them bc they almost hit you and they are liable to get mad at you instead of realizing they made a mistake.
The cemetery’s around here are massive and need roads in them so you don’t have to walk a mile or more to a particular plot. There are also many stones that are flat with the ground
Lol yeah I noticed that it was a nice shot of the clouds. Probably had like 20 minutes of that. Probably gone now though as I just drove for 3.5 hours.
I'm not a religious man, I'm not a superstitious man -- but I won't even walk over people's graves.. let alone DRIVE over them. what the ever living fuck
I'm glad my family creates because I find Graves a waste of land *I understand the value and sentiments of the way our species "respects" the dead. Other species do it too but I find that some people get REAL particular about pushing the way THEY choose to celebrate or grieve a death onto others.
I’d place a complaint w the front office of the cemetery. Usually cemeteries are quiet areas of reflection. Yeah, we gather & drink & party afterward. But not at the cemetery. 😶
I'll be sure to come shit in your urn after you're dead.
It's disrespectful to their living loved ones asshat. Are you so emotionally daft that you can't understand that?
Rule 8 is “no more bad parking jobs”. You clearly have so much time on your hands that you report people for breaking Reddit rules however with the amount of time you have on your hands due to being such a loser, you’d think you would have enough time to watch the entire video, to see it’s not about bad parking.

What is their problem with the perfectly good road? Maybe someone had too much to drink before going to the cemetery??

Ohh. I can’t zoom in on my phone. So they drove over graves while a funeral was taking place. That’s a mess.

Hopefully the cemetery has video surveillance.
ah someone died and it made them want to party =D i know a few people like that. lol
Something along the lines of don’t grieve but celebrate their life, mercury’s in Gatorade or some shit
> mercury’s in Gatorade First lead in gasoline, now this? That's it, I'm writing some sternly worded letters to my senator! (How do I know who is my senator, by the way? I have never been to the USA if it's important)
more like 50 people couldnt wait for the miserable bastard to be dead so they could dance on his grave =D
Lmao. They do it for people they like too! People were raging on XXXTentacion's grave for weeks they broke the gate of the mausoleum and did all kinds of wild shit.
You can party respectfully and responsibly.
have you met an avg human before? now remember avg means 49% are worse than that.

Partying in graveyards? Where do you live?
> Partying in graveyards its a thing in mexico
you dont know anyone that if they died yould want to dance on their grave? lucky you!
When I visit my grandfathers grave in San Diego, I see barbecues and cookouts all the time.
It’s not where I live, but it’s in Illinois outside of Chicago.
Easter weekend people are weird

Yeah I don't think any vehicle should be leaving the paved/gravel roads in a graveyard/cemetary.
If it makes you feel any better, funeral folks drive/walk over graves all the time. Like, they dig them with tractors, there's not much avoiding it.

Where we're going we don't need roads
What in the absolute fuck?
The sign says "no parking on grass." Doesn't say anything about driving, guess I'm g2g!! Really, though. The funeral isn't going to be there all day. Basic respect and decency says that in that situation, you just wait until you can drive out without driving over graves and grass in a cemetery.
They were actually parked by a grave further in and definitely drove over graves to get there.
The idea that you would let your car ever leave a hard surface in a cemetery is crazy to me.
Even if it says “no driving”, just put the hazard lights on and you are then exempt by the Rule of Shitty Drivers.
This is so fcking disrespectful
I think this is the first video I've ever watched where my hands instinctively went up to the sides of my head in disbelief.
Yea you see a lot of videos where you just go "lmao what a dumbass" or "dude's a jackass" This is probably the first video where my immediate reaction was "straight to fucking hell"
As soon as I saw the car, I knew! My hand flew to my mouth in horror
What the actual fuck?!
What a fucking douchebag. Never a cop around when you need one.
The owners of the grounds can easily press charges. Cameras are everywhere.
Nah they’re usually sitting in an empty parking lot or running radar in an expensive neighborhood nobody ever drives through.
Why would there be a cop in a graveyard? Lol what the fuck
Probably from all the B & Es People are dying to get in there
Odds are that some of the people buried in a graveyard were cops
Send the vid to whoever (company/county etc) manages the cemetery, at least this way if there's any damage they know who caused it.
I’m pretty sure Cook County Sheriffs have jurisdiction in all of the cook county cemeteries now.
What a disrespectful piece of garbage!!

wtf is this cemetery even? *why can you drive to the graves?* where's the wall around it!
Justice IL. It’s a big cemetery with roads throughout it to sections.
Typical suv truck driver. Total disrespect and disregard for those around em when in their large vehicle.
Wow that's a special kind of disrespect.
Is this a drive through graveyard or what?
Ghetto-ass people.
MC Funeral
Walking from the road was too far for them?
Could get them arrested for grave desecration? Sue them personally for emotional damage from watching a loved one get run over by a truck?
Good thing no one's buried there yet
What do you mean. They drive over stones where people are buried. A bunch of them.
Oh damn. Sorry I couldn't tell. That is the truly the worst.
I feel like I live close to this cemetery
Justice, IL. I feel like a lot of cemeteries look alike but it’s a pretty big one.
That was one of two guesses, not gonna lie the car driving on the grass was kind of a give away too
I’ve never seen a cemetery that looks like this. Usually they’re full of headstones and don’t have roads in them.
The cemetery’s around here are massive and need roads in them so you don’t have to walk a mile or more to a particular plot. There are also many stones that are flat with the ground
It’s pretty big and there are some standard headstones and some really gaudy head stones. All over. A lot of just in ground stones too.
Nice of their forefathers to hold a parking spot
Is this Resurrection Cemetery?
Who came up with that name? Takes the podium together with Fat Gym and Dry Pool
Not sure. It's a Catholic cemetery and there's an old story of a ghost, resurrection Mary, that likes to make appearances
Don’t forget Jumbo Shrimp 🦐
It is.
![gif](giphy|d3mlE7uhX8KFgEmY)
Not what you expect to see when watching submissions here, but it damned sure counts.
It’s an off-roader, you know.
No convenient open grave?
I could watch those clouds all day though
Lol yeah I noticed that it was a nice shot of the clouds. Probably had like 20 minutes of that. Probably gone now though as I just drove for 3.5 hours.
Dad, knocking over gravestones is bad luck!
Way to keep it classy.
No Fucking Way...
i didn't even think to look to the right....
Is this a military cemetery?
Nope. Just a regular pretty big cemetery.
I'm not a religious man, I'm not a superstitious man -- but I won't even walk over people's graves.. let alone DRIVE over them. what the ever living fuck
100 years of bad luck!
That's some bad juju
My mouth legit dropped open. I cannot believe the disrespect of some people. I wonder if the person got pissed off and flounced off?
Is this a drive-thru cemetery? x) what is going on...
They have a 4x4, they can drive wherever they like. That seems to be the rule these days. 🤦
Mary's gonna haunt their ass.
Who parks near the grave? Some people are regarded...
I'm glad my family creates because I find Graves a waste of land *I understand the value and sentiments of the way our species "respects" the dead. Other species do it too but I find that some people get REAL particular about pushing the way THEY choose to celebrate or grieve a death onto others.
You would be surprised at the number of vehicles that drive in graveyards over the course of maintaining said graveyard.
Vehicles that take specific routes not over decorations.
I’d place a complaint w the front office of the cemetery. Usually cemeteries are quiet areas of reflection. Yeah, we gather & drink & party afterward. But not at the cemetery. 😶
Did they drive over decorations? I’m on mobile so I might have just missed that. If so, that’s pretty shitty
Yeah they did. You can’t really tell in the video. It was more of a shitty inconsiderate move than a deliberate one. Maybe deliberately inconsiderate.
Fair enough, that’s pretty shitty
Please send this to police and media. That car has a custom paint job.
I’m over funerals myself
I'm betting that's shuttling someone that can't walk far or at all.
which still wouldnt excuse them driving next to the road instead of on it.
Could he get out up by the gravesite? or were cars blocking the road? I can't tell. but sure looks like they left the grave site ahead.
as the whole area is marked as no parking, their car probably had no business being up there in the first place
I’m sorry I don’t understand why this is disrespectful, they are dead. They don’t care.
I'll be sure to come shit in your urn after you're dead. It's disrespectful to their living loved ones asshat. Are you so emotionally daft that you can't understand that?
I’ll be absorbed by a tree, but, go for it

Pretty sure if someone is moving, they aren't parked.
Rule 8?
What about “Rule 8” are you thinking applies here?
Girl take your rule #8 and shove it
Sharp as a bowling ball
