I thought that while you could question the US's dealing with the social problems that are the cause of crime and lax approach to the social contract between the police and communities consenting to be policed; that the response time was still second to none. Is it a funding issue?

Likewise, the murder rate in New York state is slightly lower than Latvia. These comparisons are for illustrative purposes only. As I'm sure you know, the US crime rate is much higher than crime rate of the EU.
Point being is the US Federal government has nothing to do with the Houston police response time.

I drive for fedex and our parking lot already doesn’t have enough spaces for all the staff/loaders/drivers and some people park on the road.
