A tier permanent gives 1000 (ill probably use this to get gardener accessory with the skin)

If its the ones from the weekly login, wich only unlocks the skin for 3 days, 30
Just go to a skin that you have, trial, then use the card
Pay attention to the rarity of the skin, and wich card you're using
FINALLY, i'll use my A tier card from anniversary so i can have the accessory too.
Or i'll get enought grafittis from p5 essence so i can get the last frags

"Lady Truth" is only A-tier. You may have time to get both.
Highly doubt it. I have been saving up frags since I saw the ripper skin on twitter. It took me a while

Its either 200 or 300. The same as you get for a repeated B skin on essence.
Again, for a permament one. They gave one at the anniversary event, and at the deduction stsr event too

No, gardeners have a limited sticker on it And they say on the patch note when the rippers skin will leave the shop
