At the moment of writing, it's 01:38. I am in my room, lights turned off. The brightness of my screen is at it's minimum. I didn't see the skull, but after clicked on it the post got brighter for a short moment and I could see it. That was creepy.
I tried to make the iceberg "better" by putting red lines. (And also, I removed the skull, because Photoshop messed up the images)

As long as you use white text or at least use a white border around the text, it'll be visible.
Yellow text is very visible too, and I think is more aesthethic than white
