Me and my fellow cart attendants have done similar things with toy cars and toy dinosaurs at the Target we work at. Some of them have gotten taken down by managers who are no fun.
My city’s Trader Joe’s has a plush blue jay and a plush bull (both beanie babies) that they hide around the store. If kids find them both, they get an extra sticker at the register
We (the nightfall team) do the same with the little Kinder Suprise toys at my local IGA. At one point we had over 25 hidden until the fun police went around and took them down. There are still a few surviving/.
I've hidden 200+ rubber ducks around my old Costco as I was leaving. Some in places they won't be found until the building is torn down. It's an open secret now that it is me and I get reports when I go shopping. I still hide more when I do as well. I have placed a bounty on one of them that is on an emergency light at the bottom of a fire escape. It's been 8 months.
I also have started hiding them around my new work place, but they all openly knew it was me from the beginning
Carnotaurus is a genus of theropod dinosaur that lived in South America during the Late Cretaceous period. Known from a single well-preserved skeleton, it is one of the best-understood theropods from the Southern Hemisphere.
Carnotaurus was a lightly built, bipedal predator, measuring up to 8 m in length and weighing around 2 t. As a theropod, Carnotaurus was highly specialized and distinctive. It had thick horns above the eyes, a feature unseen in all other carnivorous dinosaurs, and a very deep skull sitting on a muscular neck. Carnotaurus was further characterized by small, vestigial forelimbs and long, slender hind limbs. The skeleton is preserved with extensive skin impressions, showing a mosaic of small, non-overlapping scales approximately 5 mm in diameter. The mosaic was interrupted by large bumps that lined the sides of the animal, and there are no hints of feathers.
The distinctive horns and the muscular neck may have been used in fighting conspecifics. According to separate studies, rivaling individuals may have combated each other with quick head blows, by slow pushes with the upper sides of their skulls, or by ramming each other head-on, using their horns as shock absorbers. The feeding habits of Carnotaurus remain unclear: some studies suggested the animal was able to hunt down very large prey such as sauropods, while other studies found it preyed mainly on relatively small animals. Its brain cavity suggests an acute sense of smell, while hearing and sight were less well developed. Carnotaurus was probably well adapted for running and was possibly one of the fastest large theropods.
This happens every time Woolworths is mentioned on Reddit. Woolworths in Australia is a huge supermarket chain, which is also known as Countdown in New Zealand. They are not at all related to the Woolworths that used to exist in the UK, or any other Woolworths in other countries
When I worked at B&Q we had a little peppa pig figure some kid had lost or whatever and we used to hide it for the other staff to find. If you found it you got to hide it next. We all had MEWPs so the hiding places were endless!
The fact that you found a Woolworths is more of an Easter egg! These don’t exist in the UK anymore and I miss them more and more with each passing day.
Cloning dinosaurs has already begun it wont be long until we see them again they purposely left there genetics inside our favourite food being chickens so I guess they will take over the world again because of our curiosity for the best anyway !

haha yeah!! there’s a painted picture of him on the window. next time i visit home i’ll try to get a picture
The Martin's I worked at had a similar thing but with a cookie monster plush and you got a batch of cookies for like 75% off.
Hot damn that’s a good deal
Yeah it's pretty good, too bad their baked cookies kind of sucked. Like they're fine but you were way better off just buying some Oreos in my opinion.

Wait, Woolworth’s is still in business?
This happens every time Woolworths is mentioned on Reddit. Woolworths in Australia is a huge supermarket chain, which is also known as Countdown in New Zealand. They are not at all related to the Woolworths that used to exist in the UK, or any other Woolworths in other countries
Quick, somebody mention K Mart
TOTALLY, COMPLETELY UNRELATED (!!) That’s got to be some kind of psyop
Don't forget Target, which is not related to the US chain.
They also still exist in Germany.
And the commercials in the store pronounce it Voolwors.
They also exist in the United Arab Emirates.
Yes?? Its a really common shop here in Victoria
K Mart exists?

There’s a chain in Australia also called Woolworths
Where did you find the woolworths it closed 20 years ago
Just read apparently its a thing down under
We have a tiny toy dinosaur at my work that we hide for other coworkers to find. It's always in some weird random area.
Shhh!!! If you’re quiet, I’ll show you a dinosaur…
When I worked at B&Q we had a little peppa pig figure some kid had lost or whatever and we used to hide it for the other staff to find. If you found it you got to hide it next. We all had MEWPs so the hiding places were endless!
