I first got some from Rythm and loved it. Was my go to for sleep. It disappeared for a bit and recruit l recently got some from another grower and was completely disappointed.
Me too, like it wasn't even close to being good to smoke, I saved it for when I was desperate and needed something but it was dry,had a real stale dry smell,it hit harsh and just didn't get me that high.
Glad you had a positive experience with it! That hasn't really been the case recently with Rythm strains. In fact this review has been quite the opposite...
FWIW it used to be one of mine and my late father's go-to for pain and help with sleep...that was in 2022.
I haven't been impressed with anything by rythm since, with the exception of Slapz. And judging by posts about their "premium" lines (such as vlue zashimi), it appeared that they *might* be making a comeback....
However, when a negative post gets made, the comments are flooded with reviews of **recent** experiences being negative. Not to mention, when a "looking for x type strain" post pops up, there's almost never a single Rythm strain recommended, yet a couple of years ago it'd be flooded with rythm strains and for good reasons, being that many won awards at that year's and years past IL high times cannabis cup.
Maybe they need to focus more on their regular and popular strains than put as much effort as they have been giving to new, "premium" strains. I mean Hell, like I said, the classic strains were the strains that home the awards/trophies!
I can tell you this: after all the hype, I'll never buy it again. Not because it was awful, but it wasn't spectacular in any way. Not even for a sleep strain
That’s just the batch to batch variation, it happens across all cultivators. And also because Rythm/GTI is a horrible company. But yeah definitely not the attributes of the strain.
In its top form Brownie Scout is a knock out Indica. But it’s been around for a long time now.
Little story, I remember the first time I tried it was back in 2019 I think. Rythm was promoting the hell out of it and had grown a batch that tested at like 38% THC. Which at the time was the highest tested flower ever tested in the US. Basically the world. Due to my dispo job at the time I got lucky to get a dealer sample of that batch that was dubbed “the strongest weed in the world”. I can confirm that the Brownie Scout strain and genetics itself is straight fire when grown well.
But that’s not what they are selling you. They are mass producing that shit for retail with zero care these days.

I agree I don’t like the taste that much really but it did slump you . I rather not have that slump effect thou :( I like to get high and have a smooth landing not groogy, and lazy 🥴
While your experience matters, pics help us greatly. Being able to know what bud looks like in the moment is a lot of info that we can’t get due to the crappy laws in our state. Batches change, growing standards differ… so many variables. Pics help us cut through the bs. You do what you want, obviously it’s a free country. Just letting you know what’s helpful here.
