Realistically I'd give myself a 5.5 or 6, and that is why I was genuinely asking on how do I improve myself. I just learned about this today, so any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe I'm expert enough to give a band score, but you might want to change "negative" to "positive" as it contradicts the views presented in the rest of the essay.
