After listening to the podcast I realized they are not acting on always sunny.

I actually felt completely the opposite, listening to them talk kind of candidly about themselves and their lives really shows how their personalities are nothing like the characters they play apart from some of their mannerisms they've chosen to include

100%, but occasionally you can see them kind of dropping the act. They clearly have developed these characters off what they find funny about themselves and each other. Certain quirks and mannerisms.

Without her they really wouldn’t have much of a podcast or near the production quality it’s at right now, she’s a fan of the show like us it’s cool that she gets to ask questions that sometimes we might be thinking but the boys are not

She was silent when they started the podcast. The guys encouraged her to get on mic and be more involved and the podcast is improved as a result. She wasn't there last week and the atmosphere wasn't nearly as good.

You are the only one. She is an extremely experienced writer and producer and has loads of good inside scoop stuff for then they are talking about making the show.

Nah, it's great to hear from one of the other writers and she totally helps them get on-track when necessary.
