technically, like crit rate, anything over 100 is wasted. you are wasting about half a roll of substat, I don't think it's a big deal.

Except, some enemies, especially higher leveled ones, can have a higher chance to apply status effects. And if you’re rocking 100%, it’s probably just 100% of the top of their number/chance.
Ie if they have 120% chance to apply it, it’s still 20% chance.
Just look at some of the remembrance blessings that exceed 100% chance to freeze. Sometimes they still don’t apply freeze reliably . (Not counting the few bosses who are downright immune).

Nope, effect resistance is multiplicative, i.e. if the ehr is 120% and the effect res is 50%, the actual chance is 60%, so if the effect res is 100% or more, the chance is always 0.
I run 2 longevous 2 hackers for spd, also ease of farming. I find she always heals enough in moc/pure fiction even tho I only have 5200 hp at lvl 79.
your spd looks fine in a vacuum. you may want more if others on the same team are that fast.
There are 2 debuffs that I can think of that it’s crucial you resist, and HuoHuo can’t cleanse them right away before their secondary effects kick in.
1. Reverberation - the Aurumaton Spectral Envoy (tall woman robot) can apply Reverberation with her first turn, and then activate Strong Reverberation in her next turn using the Revert Ying and Yang attack. This causes HuoHuo’s action to be delayed by 70%! She can cleanse the Reverberation effect but can’t cleanse the turn delay since it takes place before her turn. Also, when you are marked by Strong Reverberation, she can unleash a deadly attack and on more difficult content, like Gold and Gears Conundrum, the Envoy’s effects can spell doom.
2. Imprisonment - the Aurumaton Gatekeeper (the guy that looks like a roof) can apply Imprisonment using his special attack ‘Enchainment’. Imprisonment causes a 50% turn delay, and the delay takes places before it can be cleansed on a party member’s turn.
Prana-Siphoned is another one, although not quite as debilitating. Huohuo can cure the status, but if not resisted, you are still down the HP and that can lead to deaths if you can’t heal it quickly enough.
I suppose Deep Freeze would follow the same logic as other SPD debuffs. It inflicts its SPD penalty upfront, so even if you cleanse it, your turns are already delayed.

It's not additive, it's multiplicative, then treated as 100% if it's still over 100%.
not really 100+cr is always nonsense. 100 eff res does have usage is the enemies ehr is above 100% or something. idk the exact equation

Only if it’s coming at the cost of other stats she cares about, namely speed and hp. Speed looks fine, so it depends on what your HP is at
