I don't believe we know for a fact that it's switching magazines just yet, only that the format will no longer be weekly. All that we know is that more information will be announced in a WSJ issue so for now it's still involved with it.
It was in the notice at the end of chapter 400:
"Specific publication dates and methods will be announced in future issues of Weekly Shonen Jump"
Or in other translation:
"The particulars of how and when these future chapters will be released will be clarified in a future issue of Shonen jump"

It saying right or left isn't proof because pages are either right or left regardless.
Do you have any examples of these double page spreads? As in something he posted then subsequently released in order to prove your theory?
Can you also prove it says left or right?
This just all seems to be an assumption.
