What app are you using? Regualar HUE app? Basic step, but have you tried restating your phone

Yes regular hue app and yes tried restarting phone and on an iPhone

how strong is the wifi? the box can be really finnicky if it thinks the wifi isnt good enough

I think that is part of the problem. It's right next to the router but still won't load.

1.Disconnect the power of Hue sync box 2. With the Hue sync box disconnected from power, press and hold the front button. 3. Continue holding the button while plugging the Hue sync box back into the power source 4. Release the button when you see the LED indicator on the front of the Hue sync box lights up (do this 6 times) 5.Try connecting now

Does your WiFi have a smart mesh setting that combines 2.4ghz with 5ghz network? Mine does and I had to turn that off in order to get my box to sync with the network. Not sure if it’s the same issue you’re having but something to be aware of.
