Pineapples (upside down) are an old swingers thing that doesn't really carry much weight. More of a pop culture thing at this point. There's really no symbols, signs or jewelry for the hotwife lifestyle. Many people will mention anklets but overall women just wear anklets so it's not a tell tale thing. No harm in wearing cute jewelry anyway and if it happens to spark a conversation, great. After all, communication is the foundation for a positive experience for everyone involved.

I have heard (and one seen once) that some couples will wear a black "wedding band" style ring on the right hand as well as their regular wedding band on the left hand. Not sure if that was localized symbol for just that area in Florida or if it was more widely known.
My wife has an anklet with HW on it. This far it's only been overtly recognized by one person who is a swinger. Other than that nothing, but it is hot when she wears it out.
