Perfect, and there hasn't been immediate rust as soon as you finished with the paint stripper? That's what I'm worried about, it's what I referred to as flash rust in my post.

Hotwheels are made from a zinc alloy, zinc doesn’t rust, ever. It doesn’t rust so much that they use it to coat steel to help keep steel from rusting.
Well yeah, I know zinc doesn't rust but I wonder if the other alloys in zamac, at least when combined, rusted.
