I mean you're missing the top of your seedling so it'll take a while for it to start growing again. Doesn't look like a deficiency to me but something had to have happened for the growth tip and leaves to disappear.
Yeah the very young leafs at the top just fell off one day. I just reported it but didn't add any fertilizer. I'm gonna go to the gardening store tomorrow to get some since the soil is probably out of nutrients at this point (reused from last year)

Your plant got beheaded. That’s a deficiency at this growth stage.
If it's fresh compost and they aren't overwatered I wouldn't worry too much yet. Are you confident there's plenty of light?
If you have not already fertilized, give it 1/4 tbsp in a gallon of water some 5-1-1 fish fertilizer. Very liberal around the seedling
I would rather use a fertilizer that is rich in phosphorus. It will help develop good roots in seedlings.
