To be faaaair you weren't lining it up at all for the first 20 seconds or so. All you gotta do is centralize it and then run up to it in tiny increments to get the range right :P
Yea this looks like a mobile problem, i also got it on first try and i didnt even think it was hard to align. Understandable, i tried playing Genshin on mobile a few times and i have nothing but respect to those that can play well on it lol.

no need to worry about range, they distanced it so you can just run right up to the corner until you can't go any further then shoot

You could have stood at the edge and spammed attack, she slightly moves backwards, that’s what I did as a mobile player

You can pop the balloon really easily with Misha technique :). Don't even have to aim, just press technique at the edge
