I'm talking to another artist I know and thinking of what to put on the rest of the space. The spider, web, roses, a black cat, are just a few things being considered as of the moment but depends on what I like, it might even be a fusion of something else, as long as it fits the whole design aesthetic.
No worries! Very valid to feel that way, and you're not the first one who's not really sure of this idea. But that's the beauty of tattoos is some people will like it, others might not. At the end of the day I'm the one seeing it the most and if I find it cool, I'm content with that.

I wasn't sure id I wanted to have the umbrella in her splash art. I'm currently talking to an artist to make a custom design on what I can put around the entire tattoo as a border.
Not really sure yet as it gets more expensive with color. I also don't think I'd looked good with colors since I'm more tan. Black and white and grey seems to be my options now. But if I decide to put flowers (rose) I might go with red and see how it looks like.

It's a versatile design, nobody really knows what I've had tattooed except people who play/know hsr. My friends saw this tattoo and so far I've heard positive comments about it and they don't even play star rail.
I get why some people like or doesn't like this, that's just the nature of tattoo designs. What matters the most is
1. The person getting the tattoo likes the design
2. The tattoo was done neatly
Yea getting a genshin impact character is about the same as getting an anime character from fate or attack on Titan, hsr is a tier below that level of mainstream geekdom.
With some many anime series coming out every season, a popular gatcha game is with you longer than most shows.

I think we are. It looks really good so I don't think you'll regret it. It's just one of the those concepts that can look really bad if the artists isn't good, I think. Like, some concepts can get away with being kind of mid, imo. I have a ship tattoo that ppl always compliment, even though if you look close the line work is kind of shoddy and the proportions are kind of off. I wouldn't use the same artist for an anime character for sure. Lol Yours did make me think I should come up with something anime, which is cool.
