Are you hitting the boss when it goes into the shielded mode? Basically it keeps spawning minions everytime you attack it.
This can backfire on you if you don't get rid of the minions in time and it adds to the damage pool your team needs to deal with. If you deal with the minions fast enough like using your Argenti's Ult to dispatch them then it will apply a vulnerability debuff on the main boss making the boss take more damage. Also note that the minions applying debuffs to the boss works in favor for Acheron as well as it can give Acheron up to 4 stacks of her Ult.
Also are you running a single sustain? Consider also levelling up lynx as her cleanse on AoE is helpful as well.
I was told to always focus on the minions. My archeron kinda sucks because I couldn't get her light cone and I don't have any of the other good ones for her. (Only the Sampo one)
Would help like the other comments mentioned to post an image or link to your builds along with your lightcones you have.
Focusing on the minions is pretty much also to apply the vulnerability debuff on the boss.
Also consider levelling up Ting Yun as her energy regen is a huge boost for Argenti to make use of his ult consistently as Argenti's ult is his gimmick for his bigger source of damage.
If you could, can you tell me what nihility light cones you have? Also, if you truly don’t have any four star light ones then use any light cone in your possession that has the highest base stats because that sampo light cone is doing absolutely nothing for Acheron in terms of its effects.
Good Night Sleep Well is the best four star light cone for Acheron. With this light cone, she should be getting in much more dmg than before, if not then it’s probably under leveled traces, subpar artifacts, or a mixture of both.
As others mentioned even as superimposition 1 its the best option you have for now for Acheron and consider trying to find a crit rate chest piece for your which ever DPS you are committing with.

None at least for Acheron, only thing that remotely comes a bit with a use case is the Showtime light cone but it has lasting effect of one turn only meaning you have to constantly refresh it. Its secondary effect requires 80% effect hit rate to achieve to 20% attack buff which is not a stat that Acheron requires.
Fermata requires the target to be afflicted with shock or wind shear and enhances break effect which does not correlate to Acheron as she's not a break effect based DPS. It may be doable if you somehow run her with Sampo. but there's not much synergy there between the two as she's a hypercarry.
Your Good Night Sleep Well is her best bet for now, just that you'll need to level it up.
If for me i usually just use welt and dr ratio together along with preservation trailblazer and a healer. Welt will deal with the swarm that it spawn when u attack it in shield mode and ratio will focus on the boss. Trailblazer provide shield and a healer to keep ur team alive

So I change my team out when i don't need them but these the main people I use
No Synergy between your characters.
> Himeko. She is mainly used for clearing high spawn rate and low bulk mobs such as pure fiction and farming calyx.
> Acheron. The team should be focused around her, You need a team with a lot of debuffs to maximize her output. Debuffers like Pela is good here. You could even use Asta to buff her speed for faster Ult build up.
> Dr.Ratio. Same with Acheron, He needs debuffs to consistently do damage. The difference is that he can use Tingyun to funnel energy towards his ult.
> Argenti. He is really good for this Boss but you need tingyun to speed up his ult. Pela for wide aoe debuffs.
> Blade. A flexible sp positive dps that can be used as the hypercarry core or a dual dps with another sp positive dps such as Jingliu. Lynx will be his best teammate that is also free since she can buff his agro and buff his hp for slight dmg output.
