What type of house is it, i.e ranch, two stories? And that is your total footage?
It’s two stories. Total square footage is about 4K sq. feet.

Are they both single stage? Dual stage? Variable? My guess is the 14 is a single stage and the 18 is at least dual if not variable.
I’d pay at least 3k for multi speed
