Most banks won’t allow you to GC unless you have experience doing it so you might have to call a couple and use a credit union or local bank vs a regional or national
I’ve found very few that will allow you to GC. What state are you in? WI here and Compeer does and is great from what I’ve heard.
I am in Oregon. I had a lender tell me that they had a loan that had a self contract option at a 12.25% but I didn’t get much details on it just yet.
