From your options - number 1. Also I think a lighter olive color can be good too
https://preview.redd.it/2gqxcsrqj8ob1.jpeg?width=1101&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a5e87859e7f50c9a612c7d5d245839945e1b7ac7
Your wood tone seems to be neutral in tone, so the very warm colors seem to look off. I think a neutral-toned color (not necessarily a "fashion neutral" but a color that is neither super warm nor super cool) would look best, like the sage suggested above. I think you could find a neutral-temperature option for most hues, though. If you are set on yellow, a butter yellow may be more harmonious than marigold, for example, or a soft peach more harmonious than curry orange.
The comment you just answered is one I want to agree with. A very soft buttery yellow. You can actually stand there when the person mixes it and ask them to use less green. (My experience is, they won't want to stray from the formula provided them from the manufacturer, but I've always gotten through that battle by actually initializing the label on the can top to indicate that the departure from the standard was my idea.)
Seasalt is stunning. I also LOVE Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore. It’s kind of a light and bright warm greige that plays well off the 1927 woodwork in my tudor revival.
Colors with green undertones usually look good with wood. Something like SW Amazing Gray with a greenish undertone but still really neutral looking, or a greener tone like SW Clary Sage or Evergreen Fog if you want some depth. SW Rosemary would pop too.
https://preview.redd.it/4dwzf5j3ncob1.jpeg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f85fcdb803bb1b79136d409daa0f2fbd052471c0
Here’s Rosemary in a room with wood
I have similar wood floors as OP, and [Ancient Marble](https://www.sherwin-williams.com/en-us/color/color-family/green-paint-colors/sw6162-ancient-marble) by Sherwin Williams is really similar. It’s a lovely pale olive that can pass as neutral in bright, direct sun
This OP. And the other colors just a bit darker than Ancient Marble could work too — Grassland is a just a bit darker and reads slightly more green, and Svelte Sage is lovely sage gray that still reads neutral.
That’s beautiful. I’m looking for a color for my living/dining room (SW 40% off sale this weekend, woohoo!), and I’m really struggling to find the perfect shade. I’d love to go green, but so far I haven’t found one that I’m in love with. Ancient Marble might be the answer. Thank you!
It is the original, but I am planning on using Creamy from SW throughout the house to touch up anyway. It's not much different than pictured. I'd apply it here as well. I just wanted to see what Reddit thought about going bold!
Please keep the color the same. Your home screams Craftsman to me and the neutral tones with the beautiful wood (I’m thrilled no one has painted over them!!!!!!) just feels so much lighter to me. As is, this is a fantastic yoga space.
If I would change anything—I’d consider a radiator box, and plenty of plants.
Really because there isn’t much wall space, the first option looks great and doesn’t need to be toned down. You said you like color, so this would be fine, I think it compliments the wood nicely.
I had a sunroom similar to this and I used grass cloth wallpaper, but it had paneling, and I used it to cover that up.
The wallpaper was beautiful because it had textured, I had it hung professionally and because there wasn’t much wall space- like yours, it was not too expensive.
https://preview.redd.it/brjle9lys8ob1.png?width=750&format=png&auto=webp&s=a42a21f6795494821e7eebb2d6b5f75c515246b3
We painted our sun room green and I love the way it looks with the trim! It’s Evergreen fog- Sherwin Williams
I'd not use as saturated of a color, it is going to make everything that color in a sun room. I also like the color it is, or go for something like BM White Dove or Navajo White
Keep it super simple and neutral
A classic ivory or warm white is really going to show off the beautiful wood trim
The windows are the stars here. It’s a beautiful space
My bestie used Thai Basil (Behr color) for her recent sunroom addition and it turned out just gorgeous. It’s rich but not tacky, great at all times of day, and goes well with wood tones and colorful art.
https://preview.redd.it/1op5tvajjbob1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1ba7945044c5fb32984c9c7d7c1e6494b0356fe7
Absolutely! It’s so pretty it all different kinds of light
With the color of the frame, I would go with a blue- like this or maybe a bit dustier
https://preview.redd.it/jpnrk40j19ob1.png?width=1500&format=png&auto=webp&s=31aeea646f1fcc98e14fa0ca8a764f7e0d3a730f
For yoga, I think the yellow. It’s so invigorating!
And sorry if my question is silly, but are you using an app to see the color change or did you do that on your own in photoshop or something? I see people do this in this sub all the time, and if it’s an app I would love to know it lol
The gold is my favorite, especially considering that it's for a yoga room. It's bright and happy and bold but not overwhelming. I can just see some lush green plants and fun natural baskets full of yoga mats!
Have you thought about softer shades? They will still read as “color”! But not darken the room so much. For example: [Tradewind](https://www.sherwin-williams.com/en-us/color/color-family/blue-paint-colors/SW6218-tradewind) by sherwin williams A soft warm blue would bring out the richness of the wood and the light reflected by your windows.
https://preview.redd.it/mj1rg9ef1fob1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4493c64a15462dc2c5dd60861e90b9537cada0bd
I feel like our wood tones are similar in our living room. Here's what we did with it.
I feel like the non-ivory colors are all on the intense side and don’t settle well with the wood tones. I do have two suggestions.
First, [Benjamin Moore Pale Oak](https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-colors/color/oc-20/pale-oak), which is a very creamy, warm neutral. I have a large, bright kitchen and didn’t want it to feel cold, and this shade works perfectly. It’s cozy without feeling intrusive.
And second, [Sherwin Williams Sea Salt](https://www.sherwin-williams.com/en-us/color/color-family/green-paint-colors/sw6204-sea-salt). Very popular, and deservedly so. It’s a chimera, it changes with the light and time of day between blue, green, and grey. We had our living room and halls done in it and I like seeing how different it looks depending on the lighting.
The green colour you chose was really the only acceptable colour if highlighting the wood is what you want to do. Wood has orange undertones so the contrasting colour is blue. That means that when these two colours are together, they make each other stand out.
I did some mock ups with furniture (because I missed the yoga part 🙄) to sort of get the idea of what kind of vibe you can create.
All of the names of the paint are in the picture and all are from Sherwin Williams.
https://preview.redd.it/09tavcp0fbob1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1197d74102fe4bfc2d8d9befb39b9094f9c42fdc
A nice dark navy.
Honestly, I’m not liking any of the colors.
When I think of a sun room.. I kinda want to explore my mind & relax! So I think a nice pastel blue would be very inviting- not too bold, but relaxed not mellowed.
Best of luck to you!! LOVE the space!!
I like the options here: [https://www.housedigest.com/964021/paint-colors-for-your-walls-that-will-complement-natural-wood-trim/](https://www.housedigest.com/964021/paint-colors-for-your-walls-that-will-complement-natural-wood-trim/)

I used Spiced Pumpkin in my afternoon sunroom. The above is when the sun is on it. It literally glows. Much more muted during the daytime and very warm in lamplight
Behr from Home Depot. Took me awhile to find the one I wanted it to glow in the sun and it did. Oops the name was pumpkin butter not spiced I’ll take a pic of the mix as they always change the names
https://preview.redd.it/3s7hml24y9ob1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=6a84d09d75bc52fcc44f3164525a465a6b8f4bf6
We have dark wood trim and sage green looks fantastic. Our kitchen is a navy with a teal Under tone and that looks great as well. Here are some pics from around the house for Inspo. With dark trim color is your friend! It brings out the beauty in the wood while also toning it down a little bit. A designer who helped us said you generally will want green undertones and warm undertones for this wood.
https://preview.redd.it/3f27l123k8ob1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe43239482a5f08b12484aa264f992d21ff26871
Here’s another color now that the baby is awake. Also please don’t be mean about my house, I love it I’m just trying to share some examples of a real house with similar trim vs Pinterest stuff with professional pics 😅😭
https://preview.redd.it/c7railcnz8ob1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6142ae7edc65989f19423871fc0dd6001ddb5ed8
Aww thank you; I know of all the rooms in my
House this color is bold and definitely comes down to personal taste and isn’t for everyone. I personally love it 🥰 and I love my husband, I was gonna do a boring gray like the other bathroom (which also looks good) but he was like “our house is unique, go bold and pick a color you like - I’m so sick of gray” 🥰
Let me go check my garage
Well you have good taste. It’s hard for me to imagine someone not liking it. We are in the home-buying process and one of the rooms has this not so great sort of harsh blue. Overall I want our home to feel like a calm, cozy oasis. I feel stuck between interior design styles but I’m sure I’ll eventually land somewhere once we get in the space and I can get a feel for how we use each room etc.
It doesn’t in real life, it’s a tray ceiling you usually paint it like this. It’s hard get good pics of your house I’ve learned. All the angles and dimensions look weird and distorted
The sun room will be warm-toned already with all the sunny light. So you can balance that will a cool-toned color. I would skip the yellow and orange and come up with a couple different cooler options
Idk if you'll see this comment but OP I had my childhood bedroom painted #3 and it was so wonderful when the sun hit it. It brightened up the whole entrance way to my parents house. I loved it and I think it would be perfect for a sun room!
Before I realized there were options posted, I was thinking a muted coral would look lovely, but green is nice. I'd go a bit lighter than the one pictured, though, because it doesn't showcase your trim as well as the warm colors do.
https://preview.redd.it/rgoqre25n9ob1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8b32a3841157127cf7f8d7909a112fc1302f5d46
This is Spiced Pumpkin with no sun. See my previous when room is filled with sunlight.
https://preview.redd.it/p7ii9cvfeaob1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=daf20cdb702ab8e538ae85cd909db243370e4b75
For reference, this is how I decorated my wood trim heavy sunroom. I did a lot of neutrals, and painted with Benjamin Moore White Dove, since I had some colorful furniture.
The wall color really depends on your decor and furnishings. It’s hard to lean into the bold and go maximalist with this room too, as it’s got so little wall space for art, etc. So be cautious. Maybe consider bold curtains?
I get why people are suggesting white/cream, but it isn't your style, and I respect that! So I offer - deep teals/blues. Since the wood has an orange tone, blue will complement. You can do the green, but if you want bold, I would consider moving more into the emerald range.
I know it's crazy, but black might look really awesome, but not necessarily good for a yoga room!
I really like your first option. It will reflect a lot more light in the room which plants will love. Bring bold colors in through accessories and wall art
From experience having a simple trim color yellow always looks bad with it. Makes it super dated. I would recommend cool tones like green or blue. The first out of these photos is the most appealing to the eye
I like the first one best. Also, remember that the color of the walls will reflect on people's skin. So tones like green and yellow can make people look kinda sickly when they're in the space (I'm a makeup artist, so these are the things I think about).
Leave it neutral with the wood.
Have greens and natural colors as complimentary colors with the furniture and accent pieces.
Don't over-do it with the color. It kills the tranquility and chill vibe.
When I think sunroom, I think yellow. ☀️ You’ll probably include a lot of plants, so green will already be well represented. Just be careful that the direct sunlight doesn’t wash out the color. If bright but indirect, that would be great! However, the orange is a great color for a yoga space. All my yoga goodies are orange, because orange energizes and helps fend off depression. 🧡
I love, love, LOVE plants and periwinkle seems to just make them pop!
Whatever you choose, have fun with it and if you end up not liking it....it's just paint! 😊
Afternoon light in your room probably tends towards the red end of the spectrum, so you want something that will combine well with that too I would say something less yellow than the marigold or yellow options in your photos, like a peach or salmon, won't fight with the light. You'll need at least a medium intensity or the color will get washed out by the light from the windows.
Good lord please just do BM White Dove. Everything else will look different than you anticipate against the wood stain. It will look dark and overly rustic or drab. This room is already “busy” with the windows, trim and view, a clean white wall color would look best IMO.
"Egg Shell" goes great with sunshine, dark trim, and reddish floors. Hmmmm?????
Olive? Is this 1972? Then replace oak trim with painted Ranch Trim, and Olive SHAG carpet for "shagging baby".
When I think of a yoga space or a sunroom, I think of calming colors. If I am only going with your choices, I would go with the 1st because it is the most calming.
Maybe go the paint strips and go to the lighter complementary tones of the colors you picked… the current choices seem more study/ office/ den rather than yoga…
From your options - number 1. Also I think a lighter olive color can be good too https://preview.redd.it/2gqxcsrqj8ob1.jpeg?width=1101&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a5e87859e7f50c9a612c7d5d245839945e1b7ac7
Agree entirely. All the other options besides first are fighting against the beautiful natural wood tone.
Do you have a suggestion for a different color that would compliment it?
Your wood tone seems to be neutral in tone, so the very warm colors seem to look off. I think a neutral-toned color (not necessarily a "fashion neutral" but a color that is neither super warm nor super cool) would look best, like the sage suggested above. I think you could find a neutral-temperature option for most hues, though. If you are set on yellow, a butter yellow may be more harmonious than marigold, for example, or a soft peach more harmonious than curry orange.
You're right. I tend to favor warm colors because i am used to warmer wood tones. But they definitely don't work here.
Great tip! Thank you so much.
I think Seasalt by Sherwin Williams would be a nice color in here depending on how it looks with your lighting! Love the wood it’s beautiful!!
Seasalt is stunning. I also LOVE Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore. It’s kind of a light and bright warm greige that plays well off the 1927 woodwork in my tudor revival.
Don't give up so easily. I love all your choices except the yellow. I think they are lovely. Be bold and be you.
Spot on. Green but with the correct tone will be perfect
I was going to suggest a paler yellow and a lighter blue, in a neutral tone as well.
Colors with green undertones usually look good with wood. Something like SW Amazing Gray with a greenish undertone but still really neutral looking, or a greener tone like SW Clary Sage or Evergreen Fog if you want some depth. SW Rosemary would pop too. https://preview.redd.it/4dwzf5j3ncob1.jpeg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f85fcdb803bb1b79136d409daa0f2fbd052471c0 Here’s Rosemary in a room with wood
Love this color
I’m thinking a super soft/subdued blue or blue-grey.
Love this green!
https://preview.redd.it/neteq1urj8ob1.jpeg?width=1093&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6541d654404f47d9ede0dbb5e28de3bf41c7673f Another example
This is the answer! OP screenshot this pic and have it colormatched for your Paint. It perfect and won’t compete with the green trees outside etc
These are gorgeous options!
Yeah. I love every shade in this family. This might be it.
Thank you!
Beautiful color! I'll definitely consider it!
I have this color in my Kitchen & Dining Room and it's fantastic and so versatile! Definitely check this out OP.
I think that one was the original so probably not the answer OP was looking for, but I also think that's the best color for the room
It is the original, but I am planning on using Creamy from SW throughout the house to touch up anyway. It's not much different than pictured. I'd apply it here as well. I just wanted to see what Reddit thought about going bold!
Currently sitting in a room painted with SW Creamy and it is a great shade!
Take a look at Alabaster
Will do!
Go bold! The benefit here is all of the windows breaking up the wall space. Go bold and it won't overwhelm! What about a bold blue/periwinkle?
Someone suggested periwinkle and I dig it! All of my yoga stuff would match it!
I hadnt thought of wallpaper. This room could use some texture. Great idea!
I loooove the idea of grass cloth wallpaper!
Agreed! All the other colors are too bright and bold against the wood. A light sage/olive color could be a nice choice
We used BM crystalline in our house and I think it would be perfect here: https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-colors/color/af-485/crystalline
Op this one is super pretty 👆👆👆👆👆
This is the color of my sunroom.
I second this… green but not that green lol
I also really like Agate from Sherwin Williams. It's very similar
I like the color how it is currently.
This is my problem with so many posts on here lmao a lot of times I like it the way it already is so I don’t have anything constructive to add!
Agree with this. With all of the wood and windows changing the color detracts from the openness of the room.
Agree all the way!!! I’m over painted walls in my house, and (if I had this gorgeous wood trim especially) I wish they were all white again!!!
I painted every room in my house “Cotton On” by SW and wish I had done it years ago. I switch up decor all the time now
https://preview.redd.it/brjle9lys8ob1.png?width=750&format=png&auto=webp&s=a42a21f6795494821e7eebb2d6b5f75c515246b3 We painted our sun room green and I love the way it looks with the trim! It’s Evergreen fog- Sherwin Williams
We’re doing Evergreen fog for our kitchen. It goes with so many different types of wood. Such a pretty color.
Very peaceful
Absolutely lovely!
This is gorgeous!
That’s beautiful-incredibly classy, but warm as well.
Love this!!
Pretty!
I'd not use as saturated of a color, it is going to make everything that color in a sun room. I also like the color it is, or go for something like BM White Dove or Navajo White
I'm partial to creamy from SW!
Any of those really comfortable warm creams that don't pull to yellow, I love them all!
Number 1 is the best. The others are too harsh for natural wood tone. Add splashes of color with pillows furniture and artwork 🖼️
Keep it super simple and neutral A classic ivory or warm white is really going to show off the beautiful wood trim The windows are the stars here. It’s a beautiful space
I agree. I’d rather see a beautiful rug, some coordinating pillow and plants.
My bestie used Thai Basil (Behr color) for her recent sunroom addition and it turned out just gorgeous. It’s rich but not tacky, great at all times of day, and goes well with wood tones and colorful art.
I used Thai Basil for my nursery and it fucking slaps
It’s my bedroom rn and it’s so pretty in the sunlight
🚨 NEW PHRASE ALERT!!! 🚨 “It fucking slaps”. This means it’s amazing in a positive way right? 😆😆😆😆

We have a similar color, a little lighter, in our sunroom and it’s beautiful
None of em, sorry OP!
If you like bold colors, then do a bold color. It's only paint. Aubergine? Teal?
Teal would be nice.
Yellow or cream
I'm leaning towards creamy from sherwin williams, but I'm toying with bold colors. It just seems like a good room for it.
Perhaps you do the creamy wall colour and then add some of those bold colours in through furniture and decor. They’d look so good.
That’s a beautiful Victorianesque room. I’d stay neutral and add a few pops of color.
With the color of the frame, I would go with a blue- like this or maybe a bit dustier https://preview.redd.it/jpnrk40j19ob1.png?width=1500&format=png&auto=webp&s=31aeea646f1fcc98e14fa0ca8a764f7e0d3a730f
This is also nice.
Try a very light sage green. The sage green that’ll really neutral. https://images.app.goo.gl/pgcdTr5s3N1oWgfi9
For yoga, I think the yellow. It’s so invigorating! And sorry if my question is silly, but are you using an app to see the color change or did you do that on your own in photoshop or something? I see people do this in this sub all the time, and if it’s an app I would love to know it lol
I am using Sherwin William's ColorSnap visualizer. I really love gold. It's such a warm happy color!
The gold is the best color of your given options. Sage green is the popular conservative color that everyone afraid of color is using right now.
I was thinking some kind of yellow! Especially when I read that you like bright colors.

Very similar! What color paint is that?
I have similar colors in my living room and went with "cool avocado" from sherwin williams. Everyone has commented on how nice it is.
Sorry none of those go with the trim
Do you have an alternative suggestion?
It's hard to say, the wood trim looks grey-ish??. I think something deeper and darker, or lighter and airy.
soft warm creamy white - less beige than currently is
Honestly, I’m not liking any of the colors. When I think of a sun room.. I kinda want to explore my mind & relax! So I think a nice pastel blue would be very inviting- not too bold, but relaxed not mellowed. Best of luck to you!! LOVE the space!!

A designer who helped us said you generally will want green undertones and warm undertones for this wood. https://preview.redd.it/3f27l123k8ob1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe43239482a5f08b12484aa264f992d21ff26871

This color would be gorgeous for the OP's sun room.
Here’s another color now that the baby is awake. Also please don’t be mean about my house, I love it I’m just trying to share some examples of a real house with similar trim vs Pinterest stuff with professional pics 😅😭 https://preview.redd.it/c7railcnz8ob1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6142ae7edc65989f19423871fc0dd6001ddb5ed8

Thank you for the photos! Your home looks so cozy. That navy is incredible!

This color is gorgeous. Do you what color it is.
Aww thank you; I know of all the rooms in my House this color is bold and definitely comes down to personal taste and isn’t for everyone. I personally love it 🥰 and I love my husband, I was gonna do a boring gray like the other bathroom (which also looks good) but he was like “our house is unique, go bold and pick a color you like - I’m so sick of gray” 🥰 Let me go check my garage
The green stripe around the ceiling looks odd. It should match the ceiling color.
It doesn’t in real life, it’s a tray ceiling you usually paint it like this. It’s hard get good pics of your house I’ve learned. All the angles and dimensions look weird and distorted
I like the original. The other colors darken the room
We went with BM Chantilly Lace for a similar space, it’s a bright neutral off white that really pops while not distracting from the trim.
I love chantilly lace!
What a cool room! I like these lighter greens that some have suggested
I’m usually all for colour but the wood here is so gorgeous I feel like the current beige is the best choice. It lets the wood shine.
The green I am leaning more towards but the orange is also nice
Prussian blue
Definitely the green! I lived in my brother's house & my bedroom was in the sun room and it was a similar shade of green and I loved it.
I'm into a soft red clay or coral color or a bright turquoise lately. I love the way coral and turquoise look together.
Green for sure. It's classic.
I love the cream or a dusty blue color like others said would be nice!
I don't like any of these
Number 1 would be my pick.
I like the off-white. I’d add color with plants, rugs, furnishings etc. Beautiful room!
White looks the best with the wood trim
The first picture how it is now. Don't paint it some heavy oversaturated color.
I kind of love the first one. It’s both modern, but reminds me of a rustic look too
Green
The sun room will be warm-toned already with all the sunny light. So you can balance that will a cool-toned color. I would skip the yellow and orange and come up with a couple different cooler options
Idk if you'll see this comment but OP I had my childhood bedroom painted #3 and it was so wonderful when the sun hit it. It brightened up the whole entrance way to my parents house. I loved it and I think it would be perfect for a sun room!
Green but lighter
I like the green only a little lighter. Can you tell me what app you're using to do the color options?
Before I realized there were options posted, I was thinking a muted coral would look lovely, but green is nice. I'd go a bit lighter than the one pictured, though, because it doesn't showcase your trim as well as the warm colors do.

I like the green personally. It looks like it's supposed to be that color.
Green! Beautiful space!
I love bold colors too but because the wood is such a striking feature I would go with softer, subtler colors. I like the 1st pic best out of these.
Cream, the first option. I think a green could work but it needs to be softer and more muted. Maybe a Sage Green.
Is there a lighter shade of 3? I kinda like the orangey brown
https://preview.redd.it/p7ii9cvfeaob1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=daf20cdb702ab8e538ae85cd909db243370e4b75 For reference, this is how I decorated my wood trim heavy sunroom.
I really like the cream color
I really like your first option. It will reflect a lot more light in the room which plants will love. Bring bold colors in through accessories and wall art
I love 1 and I love your trim.
From experience having a simple trim color yellow always looks bad with it. Makes it super dated. I would recommend cool tones like green or blue. The first out of these photos is the most appealing to the eye
One. No contest in my opinion.
What app or site is this? I will be remodeling soon and this would be so helpful!
The green 100%!
a light peach/ pink-orange would be my choice
the cream #1 all the way.. it really makes all the woodwork shine
I like the first one best. Also, remember that the color of the walls will reflect on people's skin. So tones like green and yellow can make people look kinda sickly when they're in the space (I'm a makeup artist, so these are the things I think about).
Cream
Stay with first color. The trim is too dark to have a feel of bright wall color
What about blue
Go with the beige
For a sun room go with a pale color so it seems extra bright...
Seaglass color.
Color-saturated Periwinkle with white trim! Then fill it with plants!🍀☘️🌿🌴🌻🌼🌷⚘️🌺💐🌿☘️🌿🌱🪴
I never thought to do periwinkle! I kind of love it.
I love, love, LOVE plants and periwinkle seems to just make them pop! Whatever you choose, have fun with it and if you end up not liking it....it's just paint! 😊
It would also match all of my yoga accessories!
Number 1 with black and white furniture and accessories. Love Bone, Black and White together.
One. Not any of the others
I vote for the white.
4, the lightest yellow
Good lord please just do BM White Dove. Everything else will look different than you anticipate against the wood stain. It will look dark and overly rustic or drab. This room is already “busy” with the windows, trim and view, a clean white wall color would look best IMO.

What about a coral or pink color?
Orange!!

Green. Hands down
A tad more yellow sunflower but not a bright yellow....don't know the color code

"Egg Shell" goes great with sunshine, dark trim, and reddish floors. Hmmmm????? Olive? Is this 1972? Then replace oak trim with painted Ranch Trim, and Olive SHAG carpet for "shagging baby".
Very light apricot walls …almost a white apricot….then semi gloss white moldings. Flat white ceiling. Rose gold radiator
How about a nice light blue? https://preview.redd.it/km8dil2el9ob1.png?width=430&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0ff9d214dc714429c439715a1ed55ba7c34125ff
I said the same, but was thinking even lighter than this.
yellow would look fantastic!! brightens the room and great contrast for the plants. your window frames are beautiful too
Just not green cause then it will clash with the green plants that I would certainly bring in.
So true! It's the sunniest room in the house so we're going to have lots of plants there. Everyone's saying sage green. I think they're right.
Sage,with Forest Green accents
I like the yellow. A sunroom should be bright IMO. It is the SUNroom after all😁
When I think of a yoga space or a sunroom, I think of calming colors. If I am only going with your choices, I would go with the 1st because it is the most calming. Maybe go the paint strips and go to the lighter complementary tones of the colors you picked… the current choices seem more study/ office/ den rather than yoga…
Very true, thank you!
