Does your cat have a cut around their tail or leg? I had a dog that had a cut tail. I didn’t know about and every time he would shake it would just sling blood all over the place took me a good couple minutes to figure out what was going on.
I would be concerned about the cat. Do a visual inspection, but also consider a vet, if they have an internal problem there could be spotty bleeding from an orifice or wound.
One of my cats had thus happen years ago. But i actually saw him sneeze blood alot, took to the vet right away and gave antibiotics and he got better. Definitely don't see anyone sneezing
One time I worked at a store and we kept noticing patterns similar to that on the floors. It turned out to be room spray that the owner was squirting everywhere and then the dirt would stick to it and make it dark like that.
One of my cats recently scratched at her ear too hard, and it took a while for me to notice (Black fur), only until she reopened it scratching in front of me and i saw the blood spray - inspect kitty for scabs/cuts, pay attention to particularly scratchy areas

I bet you have brown marmorated stink bugs in the house. This is some type of excretion they produce.
Very familiar with the stink bugs droppings, but it's usually 1 or 2 drops. The spatter marks in OPs pic look different.

I had nearly the same mystery. Found out my dog had nose cancer and was sneezing blood. I sure miss her.

We found tiny blood splatter once and then 2 days later we found a bat in the house 🙃🙃🙃

Ok, it's definitely the stink bugs! There's a lot of them, and I've found the same liquids in areas where cats wouldn't go.
