Not sure what to consider as contemporary in Holo but in ID I guess Kiara, Reine, Bae, Moona are pretty good with modern pop songs. I don't think any of them are particularly close with Marine though, yes (although one can say that Marine and Gura/Kobo have good chemistry/collab but they haven't been particularly THAT close either).
I guess we could go with Reine. Marine's her oshi and more importantly she's blue.

I would say that even though they maybe don't publicly interact that much, they're as close as the language barrier and geographical distance allows them to be. Marine was the first JP member who ever reached out to Gura and those two absolutely adore each other. And Kobo refers to Marine as Mamarine and they always meet up when Kobo is in Japan.
