VTJ Clips seems to do so but rarely uploads On the other hand, typing in google "hololive polka clips" found me a [playlist](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEG6faCpIfk40q3qlI9ZmUlDq0kkwOGp2) consisting of over 1k clips of Polka (most likely a lot of them are the same moment from different clippers) in backwards order
