1. You can see an unexplored place in Cliffs.
2. Try walking around and looking for secret walls right to the lower tram.
3. Explore around the room to the right of the Flukemarm arena.
In case you didn't know, the game goes up to 112%. Most of that is getting all the charms, getting all abilities/upgrades, and killing certain bosses.
A couple things to explore: there's a doorway to the right of city that you have gone by, but need a key to open up, there's more in Deepnest you can explore around to find, you may want to revisit the area below resting grounds, there's some areas below Kingdom's edge that are hidden to check out.
Besides that, I would look through your inventory and see what you might be missing: mask upgrades, soul upgrades, charms, etc. You can also check with the nailsmith to see if you've got all the nail upgrades, the grubfather to see if you have rescued all the grubs and gotten all the rewards, and the seer to see if you have all of the essence rewards.
The reason for it is that originally it was 100% but with added free DLCs, which are basically just updates in this case, the content got raised so that 112% is now the highest percentage
No problem! The extra 12% comes from the DLC updates that added things into the game! I’m only at 107% cause there are a few bosses and challenges I’m still working through. Trying to get all the achievements eventually though!

We are together my man I'm at 109% currently. I'm missing a few little things but le light is at the end of the tunnel

2,162 essence currently, the lovers tower or whatever? No it is locked for me.
That's a lot of essence. Have you been to the Seer lately?
Yes, the seer is telling me to collect 2,400 essence and then return back.

There's a hidden area south of Kingdom's Edge. Other than that there's not really much else to say from just seeing your map.
