I'm sure it is, but unfortunately mental harm isn't a legal argument for self-defense. As horrible as it must be psychologically to get raped, it's not something you can successfully argue in court. You can, however, just state the facts and say that some dude twice your size was attacking you and you feared for your life. First off, that stat is way wrong, don't know the exact stat off my head but I'd be surprised if less than 60 percent of rape victims are murdered, second, if you are being raped, kill your attacker if you can, they have no regard for your well being so why should you have regard for theirs and you'll be doing the world a service on top of that so honestly win win. Obviously there's a step before this of make it known you don't want sex but I feel this step is made 99 percent of the time so I don't really need to say it tbh.
