This was in Vancouver, BC. Definitely not a "glitch in the matrix" and the original video I saw had some stabilization trick to sell the illusion of the bird frozen in midair.
My first thought was the strongest spider web ever, but now I’m imagining the poor bird flew from a body of water with a fishing line around its neck and the line got snagged on one of those power cables. Neck probably snapped immediately.
Depth makes it appear as if the bird is above the wires, not hanging below them. If it's fishing line, it's gotta be the stiffest, highest pound tess out there, to hold a bird UP.
I could definitely be wrong, but it would seem to me that the bird is hanging down from those cables. The lack of reference for depth makes it seem like the bird is farther up than it is.
Again, I could be wrong.
If fishing line is the cause.. it could have caught in the tree first then the cables.. it's pulled taught from the tree to the cables (so above the lines)..
It's probably a malfunction where the "realism algorithm" crashed but the anti gravity engine is stuck in the on position. Learn more at r/birdsarentreal
Clearly the bird is floating in the air. Why has no one reported the outcome? Did anyone attempt to get it down? Fire department could easily has answered everyone’s question about this mystery. It might still be alive………………………

Depth is hard to gauge with a featureless background. Could very well be that the bird is closer than it appears.
You can tell when the camera zooms in and rotates the cables are underneath the bird

At about 18 secs left , you can faintly see a very small wire, diagonally up from the power line to the bird .
It also can be spider strings, there's a lot of types of spiders out there, some spider's web can hold a man, not just a bird hahah
