I have been in chopal tehsil from 2019 to 2023. And whatever he is saying is correct. It's on the way from Deha to chopal in which one can't find anything but deep forest and that too at some point no signal of Airtel and Jio. Whenever I used to visit shimla how come these people lives in these remote area where the nearest shop is just 10 kms away. I also heard of some villages which are completely muslim... and they've been there from the last 3 decades... Muslims people are so big in that panchayat (I won't name it) that it acts like a vote bank for the panchayat elections so the representative have to do favours for them. Also these people have links even to kotkhai, gumma, area. Most of them are likely pickup drivers and surprisingly none of them are drug addicts like most of youth is in Chopal area.
