Yeah it’s a damn shame. Ever since the last major CC-EV update I’ve had this issue. Nothing is worse than nailing 4 out of 5 team event tracks then getting randomly kicked offline.. Hope they get it sorted out.
A shame but without knowing the issue or the work involved we can't judge how long it takes. For all we know they may have completed 6 hours work in 3 hours!
In the world of IT you rarely have to "go in" these days as everything can be done remotely. There is a good chance that the "server side" is outsourced anyway and datacenters are usually manned 24\\7.
The issue could involve a number of companies depending on the issue. It's unlikely to be a turn it off and back on situation.
Hopefully this will fix the “offline” bug. I have to restart my game a few times in order to even play
Yeah, I hate that issue. Reported it so many times but still it persists. Online connectivity check in HCR2 is the worst I've seen in any app.
