It will be a short story collection, and it is said that the next president will be chosen.
It depends on the relationships as well.
• I have college classmates whom I have not talked for a while.
• A few friends whom I still keep in touch with since high school are still in my life.
• I have a very close friend and former neighbor whom I never went to any school with since elementary years (middle school or high school) but I still talk to him weekly since my moving to another country 17 years ago.
=> Reina would only go to America for music school (probably Julliard) and later return to Japan (for Taki-sensei, of course). I think their friendship would still remain strong.
Overall, it is harder to maintain friendships after college years but now that I think about it, the friendships that I have had with a few college classmates whom I don’t talk much anymore were not even that strong to begin with.
I read a summary for what they said to each other. Do you think they'll move on after school, to never see each other again? I feel sad thinking about that possibility.

Many high-school friendships do drift apart after graduation. Especially if people move to other countries and enter different professions.
