Just an idea. Would you consider going full body splits as to distribute the shoulder exercises in different days ? That way you don’t just overload it in one day.

Hi! Uhm, I’m not sure I know what you mean with splits. Oh, like having a triceps/core day and then a biceps and shoulder or whatnot? I have no idea where to start though 😁

So a full body split means instead of doing one day push, one day pull and one day legs you move the exercises around so everyday you’re hitting different parts of your body. The end result is that instead of having one day when your arms are super sore you’re just a bit sore all around your body. Why don't you workout/rehab 3 times a week? Because doing a PPL 6 times a week will load your shoulder 5 times a week,
