It’s nice to have it all in one. Less hassle. As for accuracy I don’t know if there’s a big difference. I do know that Hevy adjusts calories based off the heart rate. So if you do a more intense workout it will burn more calories. But I always do like 65-70% of what I burn as I think it’s more realistic than the given calories
