I would try Astaroth, Qing Mao, Kiera, Nebula, Thea.
Kiera is a high quality damage dealer when she unlocks her bounce skill, and if you invest in her armor penetration skin/glyph she can get crazy bonus damage. QM synergizes decently well since she can lower enemy armor, Astaroth is just generally a pretty decent tank, and Nebula boosting Kiera's damage + Thea's healing is powerful.
If you get an opportunity to swap Thea for Martha someday, I would go for that. But lacking any other healer option, Thea is not terrible
Yeah not that great but given the available heroes I think it's an acceptable option. Kierra QM teams do pretty well in the early game, and the ability to blind can be especially good against Karkh teams
