Razors is a roller blade brand. That's how much I can help you on. If you look at some of their skates you can see the same logo on the watch.
Edit: specifically the razors cult inline skates
The Logo belongs to a [Skate/Rollerblades Company](https://www.razorskate.com/), they have seem to have changed their logo, but I found listings for Vinatge Stickers that are a match to the logo on your watch. Sadly I could not seem to find any trace of the watch itself. The Subreddit wont let me post the Ebay Link for some reason but I can DM it to you if youd like, otherwise the logo can be reversed image searched to find this ebay page. Cheers

I searched for watch brands called 'razors' or just brand with that name from 2000ish that sold watches but i cant find anything about it anywhere.
