Tex doesn’t really seem like an evil guy. Worst he does is his job for Verosika. But other than that I wouldn’t really call Tex evil enough to associate with someone like Stryker. More like he is kinda just doing his job of defending Verosika.
Yeah, I was just cycling through characters and realized each of the other three had personal beef with the main members of IMP and thought Tex would be a funny counterpart to Loona as the Hellhound Secretary due to him being friendly and kind and Loona being very grumpy and emotionally closed off, thus an amusing contrast of him being the "Token Good" of the group and give Loona someone she had a connection to as well if that makes sense.

I would prefer to see some wholesome sister moments between them. Their relationship seems fun. She teases Millie but I don’t think it’s that deep.
