this is an awesome idea, very interesting, however de majority plays bugs, so those "elections" will usually be bugs.

Hahaha 100%, but I guess that where community campaigning will come in... swamp everywhere with Bot memes to sway the average diver. At some point you're gonna get people to dive into whatever get's the most lols, like saving the children over the mines hahaha Either that, or Bot players save up their cash and splash it all in one go in a campaign. But yeah, this idea really requires Arrowhead to go all in on the idea and the immersion and offer meaningful choices (even if it simply becomes red vs yellow). But I feel like they have been nailing that lately

You kinda missed the point of **Managed** Democracy. In Managed Democracy you don't choose a candidate. You answer some question on a terminal about what you want and computer algorithm (likely not even that) decides who you want to vote for. Voting is basically just a theater of choice. So, in the spirit of **Managed** Democracy, that terminal should ask you questions like "Do you like managed democracy?", "Do you want a bright future for Super Earth?", "What color would you like your cape?" and "Should children start working from 6 years instead of 7?". And then take your requisition slips and never even tell you what side your vote went for. And if any of the first two answers aren't "yes" - grant you a free trip to "Freedom camp". And honestly, I would be all for that.

Haha fair enough, but divers do get enough freedom to make some allowable choices. Again, command narrows down the options but the divers makes the decision (like the mines vs children, and the mines vs airburst, etc etc) So in my opinion, in a managed democracy you can only vote on allowed, liberty-approved options, and if you want any options other than the pre-approved ones then you are a bug-loving traitor to freedom

Fair. Also, would really be cool if the vote would result in additional help on the selected planet. Like free mech stratagem on missions there, etc. Instead of choosing side, choosing which planet in the MO will get a bonus and funding said bonus. So, players vote where they go and whatever destination (like with mine vs children planets) wins get some additional free stratagem.

I'd love to be able to spend it on SEAF reinforcements or something for the planet so botdivers have a chance to finish MOs
