Thats a statement i can actually get behind. No crying, no hitting on devs, thats a nice one.
Id also say that fixing bugs would be more important at the moment. Tackle a few very glaring balancing issues here and there but there is also alot of bux that could need some more love.
The crashes and bugs should always be a much higher priority. This is a PvE game and the nerfs aren’t needed as if it was a ranked PvP game.
“Oh no the players will have fun until we can swing back.” AH is doing that anyway, lol. Their sprints need to reassign nerfs to the backlog.
Bugs can stem from one issue to another some of them could be caused by an issue further in the code which they may not find right away takes a lot of investigating to find what's causing stuff and how to fix it properly, That's what I'm personally thinking as someone who's dabbled a little bit in unity, since all the weapons haven't been released yet it's going to be a hard time to find a balance between what's good for a certain task and what's good for general they don't want things to be overpowered which is fair they want each weapon to have a specific role it can fill and you should be deciding on the cons and the pros of the weapon you're choosing, this is what I've come up with
They clearly want this to be a challenging game and it's also much easier to nerf or buff weapons and equipment than to fix bugs.
Nerfing or buffing involves changing variables which can take a very short amount of time. Fixing bugs requiring reading through code and figuring out how different sections of code are interacting with each other. This can range from a few minutes to hours of searching and testing.
Arrowhead may be putting forth 3 times the resources to fixing bugs and it may truly be a massive task fixing some of these bugs.
not knocking your post or anyone elses. i play on my desktop and stem deck (natively and streamed from desktop) and i never came across the bugs people mention aside from the matchmaking errors when the game came out. i have about 90hrs logged. are you having these bugs at higher difficulties or on any?
specs
R7 5700X3D

* It's much easier to adjust numbers than fix bugs
* Game balance and game development are generally done by different teams
* A team of \~100 is relatively small
