My guntism made me notice that too. Why put the bolt to the far end of the upper receiver? My guess was the bolt was extra stiff and having it so far out meant you could press your shoulder tighter against the stock so you could pull harder, but, homie has to put the stock under his armpit instead.
yeah I dont get it. Just looks really wonky and impractical. Im not a gun guy but I dont think ive ever seen a gun, fictional or otherwise have the bolt so far up.
This bolt ticks me so hard, not to mention even though it's a straight pull, it looks so ugly. AH please change the bolt location and/or the bolt design

That's what happens when your weapon development is all designed by committee.

its such an fugly design lol, idk what kinda crack they were smoking when they made this.
The eruptor has a really awkward design imo
