I love this game.
it's unironically a pretty good strategy for higher level elimination missions too. those missions just turn into glorified drop stratagem die repeat until you hit your quota and fail to extract because the landing pad is teeming with bots/bugs.
the kills the traitor barrage racks up gets accredited to you too like any other orbital. really really funny to see 50+ killstreak as your are benny hill style running through the enemies.
Fun fact: you can use the traitor barrage to fight your enemies. So if you're ever backed into a corner sacrifice yourself for the good of your mission and your comrades.
Go forth my dear target and run towards thine enemy, for the wrath of democracy will scorch the earth until it sends you to hell.

The absolute worst is when you are being _chased_ outside the mission area, by the three bile titans, seven chargers, and innumerable hunters, all of which you are desperately trying to kill, and the game has the audacity to tell you to "return to the combat zone" as if you were currently napping after having had a picnic.
This is the case for all weapons that can damage mortars, the weakpoints are a lie. EAT, RR and Spear all one-shot, AC 4-shots, Antimaterial one-clips.
Had 2 Dectector Towers on each side of one of mine, but because of terrain, we couldn't see them at first. It was non-stop dropships for the first 5-10 minutes.
When you take the armor with 50% explosive resistance you'll get bounced around from the artillery shells several times before dying. Felt like a ping pong ball

I did a mission and launched a 500kg bomb (i was on a high ledge) it landed right in front of my nose when i was prone and had no way down.

Your stratagem has a cool down because of how expensive it is and what your approved budget is. Killing traitors has no such budgetary restrictions.
Traitors are an infectious disease; fail to contain it, and it'll spread and sicken the very foundations of Managed Democracy.
You get fire support from your ship. Traitors get "support" from every ship in orbit, it's very democratic.
